Objective: With the traditional Chinese medicine clinical investigation of205cases of type2diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), analysis the relationship between peripheral neuropathy and the Chinese medicine constitution in patients with type2diabetes?Objects and Methods: Through collecting the gender, age, duration of diabetes, detection fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), total cholesterol (CHOL), triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), for patients with Toronto clinical neuropathy score (TCSS), observe the distribution of DPN constitution, analysis the relationship between peripheral neuropathy and the Chinese medicine constitution in patients with type2diabetes。Results:1. The distribution of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine with DPN: DPN patients with qi-asthenia constitution in Chinese medicine in the majority, and other physical according to the proportion of what from high in the order: damp-heat constitution, yang-asthenia constitution, phlegm-damp constitution,static-blood constitution, yin-deficiency constitution, normal constitution, energy stagnant constitution, special natural disposition.2.The clinical feature of constitution in Chinese medicine DPN: In age, BMI, duration of diabetes, FPG, HbAlc,TCSS score aspects:the minimum age of yin deficiency, the shortest duration of diabetes", phlegm-damp constitution BMI is the largest, the minimum of Yin deficiency, static-blood constitution FPG level is the highest, qi-asthenia constitution HbAlc level due to higher, qi-asthenia constitution TCSS score is the highest. In the blood lipid aspects: phlegm-damp constitution of CHOL level to be higher, Yin-deficiency constitution LDL-C level to be higher, qi-asthenia-constitution TG average level is higher, HDL-C minimum.3. The influence factors of TCSS score analysis: TCSS score and BMI, HbAlc, LDL-C there is a correlation between, and the results indicated that TCSS score and may the correlation between constitution.4. The neuropathy degree of constitution in Chinese medicine DPN: qi-asthenia constitution neuropathy is much heavier than yin-deficiency、yang-asthenian damp-heat constitution, damp-heat constitution neuropathy is much heavier than yang-asthenia constitution, two between the two groups was statistically different. The results indicated that: patients constitution of different, neuropathy degree is different, DPN neuropathy may and the correlation between the degree constitution.Conclusion: DPN patients with qi-asthenia constitution in Chinese medicine in the majority, In blood sugar, blood fat Chinese medicine constitution have statistical differences; patients constitution of different, neuropathy degree is different, DPN neuropathy may and the correlation between the degree constitution.
