Observation On The Therapeutic Efficacy Of Positioning Pulling Manipulation With Guan Acupuncture For Cervical Spondylosis

Objective: This paper was to observe the clinical efficacy of positioning pullingmanipulation combined with Guan acupuncture for cervical spondylosis and evaluate theadvantage of it.Method:60cases who were in accordance with inclusion criteria were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group,30cases for each group.Both groups weregiven Guan acupuncture treatment after Tuina.In addition,positioning pullingmanipulation was performed on the patients in treatment group.Evaluate the painscone,cervical function and active degree and comprehensive efficacy of both groupsbefore and after treatment.Result:1.Significant differences were found in the therapeutic efficacy of bothgroups before and after treatment (p<0.01).The effective rate of treatment group was63.3%and23.3%of control group,and there is significant differences between bothgroups,treatment group was superior to control group(p<0.05).2.In reducing pain and improving cervical vertebra function,treatment group wassuperior to control group,which has significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion: Above combined therapy is of significant efficacy, safety and withoutadverse effect in relieving pain and improving cervical function of patients with cervicalvertebra disease,which has practical clinical valuation.
