Objective:Through the clinical controlled experiment, the effects of discriminating acupoints with pull and stretch micro-rotation manipulation on the symptoms and signs,VAS score and TCD of patients with sympathetic nerve-vertebral artery mixed cervical spondylosis were observed. In order to prove the clinical effect of this therapy on this kind of mixed cervical spondylosis, the principle and value of this therapy were analyzed. Methods:Sixty patients with mixed cervical spondylopathy of sympathetic nerve-vertebral artery who met the requirements of the study were included, and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method:treatment group(acupuncture to Zhi Yang,Gong Xue and conventional points with pull and stretch micro-rotation manipulation),control group(acupuncture and conventional points with cervical traction),for a total of 3 weeks of treatment. Before and after treatment, changes in symptom scores,VAS scores and TCD were recorded. Finally,SPSS was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data.Results:1.During the treatment period, one patient chose to withdraw(no adverse reactions)due to the failure to adhere to the treatment.By the end of the observation,a total of 59 patients had completed the experiment,including30 patients in the treatment group and 29 patients in the control group.2.Among the 30 patients in the treatment group,2 were clinically cured,16 were apparently effective,9 were effective, and 3 were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 90%.Among the 29 patients in the control group, there were 0 cases of clinical cure,6 cases of obvious effect,17 cases of effective effect and 6 cases of ineffective effect, with a total effective rate of 79%.After statistical analysis, the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the total symptom score,VAS score and improving the blood flow of vertebrobasilar artery(P<0.05).In terms of reducing the single score of symptoms, the improvement of vertigo, palpitation, neck pain and numbness in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of headache, insomnia and tinnitus, both groups achieved certain efficacy(P<0.05),but the effect was similar and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the control group and the treatment group had certain curative effects on the patients with mixed cervical spondylopathy of sympathetic nerve-vertebral artery.2.It is an effective and safe method to treat the mixed cervical spondylopathy of sympathetic nerve-vertebral artery.3.The method of the treatment group is more targeted for the relief of vertigo and palpitation, and the short-term curative effect is accurate.
