Objective:Through systematic and standardized clinical operation, observethe changes in the treatment of pulling and rotating manipulation of nerveroot type cervical spondylosis EMG-related indicato rs, thus revealing themechanism of pulling and rotating manipulation treat ment of nerve roottype cervical spondylosis from electrophysiology direction to guide clinicalpractice,to further i mprove the efficacy of massage therapy of cervicalspondylosis radiculopathy treatment, improve the quality of life of patientswith cervical radiculopathy’s.Method:Patients with cervical radiculopathy intended to meet the standardsof the25cases selected, all patients will treat with pulling and rotatingmanipulativetherapy.Treat ment once a day,10ti mes as a course oftreatment, after a course of treatment, have a break of two days,Into the nextcourse of treatment, the cl inical trials that require continuous treatment twocourses.after treatment,we should Observe the changes of the median nerve(sensory/motor nerves),ulnar nerve (sensory/motor nerve),radial nerve(sensory/motor nerves), muscular nerve (motor nerves),axillary nerve(motor nerve) conduction velocity, latency and amplitude of evokedpotential, write down the first onset time, and analyze the results to changethe situation.Results:25patients shed three cases, two cases of suspension,a total of20patients completed the trial.20patients after two courses of treatment, werecured in9cases (45.00%),effective in6cases (30.00%),effective in3cases (15.00%),Valid for2people(10.00%). the total effective rate was90.00%,effective rate is75.00%;all patients for the first time can be significantly improved clinical sy mptoms;20patients before and aftertreatment EMG indicators Changed significantly, before and after thetreatment difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Pulling and rotating practices to improve nerve root typecervical spondylosis clinical observation indicators have a more prominentrole, suitable for clinical use. This study provides both new treat ment for theclinical treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis, massagemechanism and clinical studies of ce rvical spondylosis radiculopathy putforward new idea for treatmen t.2. Pulling and rotating manipulation can significantly reduce nerve latency, speed mo tor conduction velocity, can promote the recovery of injurednerve, revealing pulling and rotating manipulation can be adjusted toimprove the relationship between the nerve root and surrounding tissue, and restore the normal anatomy of the cervical spine, effective improvesy mpto ms.
