Liver Stomach With "Type Of Chronic Gas-tritis" With Brain-gut Peptide Ghrelin, GT, VIP, SP Correlation Studies

Objectives：To determine Ghrelin, SP, VIP, GT in type "liver stomach with"the change rule of the blood of patients with chronic gastritis, with the effectsof Ghrelin, SP, VIP, GT Ghrelin and chronic gastritis "liver stomach with"certificate of correlation. Seek from the perspective of molecular biologyGhrelin, SP, VIP, GT Ghrelin and "factor to the liver, spleen and stomach topromote" the inner link between.Methods: Select "liver stomach with" type of chronic gastritis,17casesas test group were between April2013and January2014in gansu college oftraditional Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of medical inpatientand outpatient clinic patients; Selection of17cases of healthy blood donors(sexs) as the control group, using ABC-double antibody sandwich ELISA methodto determine serum Ghrelin in the two groups, the content of SP, VIP, GT.Results: Compared with control group, experimental group significantlylower serum Ghrelin levels; Patients serum content of SP increased significantly;Experimental group significantly lower serum content of GT; Experimental groupVIP content in serum is higher than the control group, the differencestatistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions: serum Ghrelin, SP, GT, VIP content changes and "liver stomachwith" type correlated with the occurrence of chronic gastritis.
