The Influence Of The Patient’s Serum Inflammatory Factors On Chronic Erosive Gastritis(Discordant Liver And Stomach)with The Self-Made Rescription For Treating Erosive Gastritis

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Self-made rescription For Treating Erosive Gastritis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors（interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α）of patients,so as to further study its possible mechanism of action in the treatment of hepatogastric discordant CEG,At the same time,it also enriches CEG’s theoretical research on traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,promotes the development of CEG’s TCM career and provides an effective foundation for the latter research and development of new drugs.Methods:66 patients who were diagnosed as CEG by gastroscopy,¹⁴C breath test negative,and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of liver and stomach discord were collected from the Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of outpatient and inpatient department.They were dispatched to two groups by the random rule:Western medicine control group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.The treatment group treat by self-made rescription for treating erosive gastritis,and the control group treat by rabeprazole enteric coated capsules and bismuth potassium citrate oral liquid.Two groups need treat 4 weeks in all,after that the clinical symptom scores of TCM,gastroscopy grade comparison,and changes in the expression levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-αcarried out a comprehensive evaluation before and after treatment.And conduct a safety assessment at the same time.Results:1.In terms of TCM clinical symptom scores,before treatment,there was no distinct significance between the two groups.After treatment,there were s tatistical downtrend between the two groups in terms of fullness,belching and excessive breath,while the symptoms of stomach pain and noisy acid reflux had no significant changes.The scores of each item in each group were evide ntly different before and after treatment.There were marked decline in total sc ores between the two groups after treatment.The overall response rate of the two group was 96.67%and 86.67%;2.There was no significant difference in the expression of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-αbetween the two groups before treatment;Three inflammatory factors’s expression level fall heavily before and after treatment in treatment group.The expressionlevel of C-reactive protein a nd tumor necrosis factor-αwas significantly decreased after treatment in the c ontrol group,but there was no significant change in the expression level of in terleukin-6 before and after treatment;3.Neither the treatment and control groups had no adverse reactions duri ng treatment period.Conclusion:1.Self-made rescription For Treating Erosive Gastritis can effectively imp rove the discomfort symptoms of patients.Particularly in the aspects of fullnes s,belching and Taixi;2.Interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-αmay be t he main pro-inflammatory factors for the occurrence and development of CEG.Self-made rescription For Treating Erosive Gastritis can effectively regulate th eir expression,reduce the occurrence of inflammation;3.Self-made rescription For Treating Erosive Gastritis is safe and effectiv e in treating CEG.
