Syndromes Study Of Four Patients With Chronic Gastritis Gastric Ghrelin-Ghrelin, SST, MTL, GAS Expression Levels

And then by a professional staff in the light microscope pathological qualitative observation, and then observe the gastric mucosa Ghrelin expression in high magnification(× 400), and randomly selected non-overlapping five horizons, each field was measured by computer image analysis system VIDAS positive staining integral optical absorbance(integrated absorbance = stain staining intensity × area), the mean value as a quantitative indicator of the slice mucosal expression.Results: Ghrelin expression content in gastric mucosa result four kinds of syndromes CG patients from high to low incoordination between liver and liver and stomach depressive heat type, type spleen, stomach yang type; the content of the four SST syndromes in patients with stomach CG mucosal expression results from low to high followed by the spleen and stomach yang deficiency, liver and stomach depressive heat type, type spleen, liver and stomach type; MTL content in gastric mucosa results of four kinds of expression syndromes CG patients from low to high to stomach Yang type, incoordination between liver and spleen and stomach damp-heat, liver and stomach swelter type; GAS content in gastric mucosa expression result four kinds of syndromes CG patients from low to high followed by spleen yang deficiency, liver and stomach type, hepatogastric swelter type, spleen type. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Overall Variation of Four patients with gastric syndromes CG ghrelin-Ghrelin, SST, MTL, GAS content level and TCM Syndromes incoordination between liver and liver and stomach depressive heat type, type spleen, stomach yang syndromes correlated.
