The Relationship Between Ovarian Parameters Of Ultrasound And TCM Syndromes Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Objective: Through the ultrasonic parameters of different TCM syndrome types inpolycystic ovary syndrome, preliminary discussing on the parameters and the possiblelink between type of syndrome of the disease, establishing the disease syndrome typeof traditional Chinese medicine combined with physical and chemical parameters ofthe model, providing a scientific basis for the syndrome differentiation of traditionalChinese medicine treatment of the disease and enriching clinical data.Methods: Incorporated obstetrics and gynecology clinics of the first affiliatedhospital of He Nan college of Traditional Chinese Medicine178patients who withpolycystic ovary syndrome diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine, in March2012to March2013,55cases of kidney empty group,71cases ofphlegmy wet block group,52cases of qi and blood stasis group, measuring theparameters of three groups, Using statistical software to analyze the ultrasonicparameters of each group, and observing the ultrasonic parameters between differentsyndrome groups if there is a statistically significant difference.Results:⑴Ovarian morphology parameters of the three groups patients who withPCOS, FN and V in patients with phlegm dampness blocking group, kidney deficiencygroup, qi and blood stasis group, there was a significant differentiation in statistically(P﹤0.05);⑵Ovarian morphology parameters of the three groups patients who withPCOS, SA/TA there was no significant difference in statistically (P>0.05);⑶Ovary blood flow parameters between the three groups of patients whowith PCOS, PI and RI in qi stagnation and blood stasis group of patients,kidneydeficiency group, phlegm y wet block, there was a significant differentiation instatistically (P﹤0.05).Conclusion: Different syndrome types of patients in the study on the ultrasonicmeasurement are different. The phlegm wet block type of PCOS patients in ovarianmorphological indicators have more obvious increase of ovarian volume and the number of follicles; Blood flow resistance index and pulsation index of PCOS patientswith qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome was in on the high side；Kidney patientswith PCOS in ovarian morphology and blood flow had no significant characteristics.This study suggests different differences between PCOS patients with ovarianultrasound parameters may be associated with the disease of TCM syndrome types,referencing the ultrasonic parameters can provide TCM with the objective of thestandard.
