Objectives:To explore the risk factors and protective factors of adolescent PCOS,analyze the correlation between TCM syndromes and factors and blood hormone.Methods:Consult the relevant literatures and design the questionnaire under the guidance of the instructor.In 100 cases of adolescent PCOS patients(PCOS group)and 100 cases of menstrual regular adolescent women(normal group),the general situation,menstrual history,family history,birth history and life habit were investigated.Record the four diagnostic data of TCM and the corresponding auxiliary examination results(luteinizing hormone LH?follicle-stimulating hormone FSH?testosterone T?fasting insulin FINS?one-hour insulin 1hINS?two-hour insulin 2h INS?three-hour insulin 3hINS)in PCOS group.To explore the risk factors and protective factors of adolescent PCOS by statistical method,analyze the correlation between TCM syndromes and morbidity factors and sex hormones?insulin.Results:(1)Risk factors of adolescent PCOS:Waist-to-hip ratio(OR=2.892,P=0.001)? diabetes(OR=6.132,P=0.000)?pressure(OR=8.772,P=0.000)?Protective factors of adolescent PCOS:sports(OR=0.121,P=0.000)?(2)There were no significant difference in T?LH?FSH and 3hINS between four TCM syndromes(P>0.05).(3)LH/FSH:Liver depression forming fire is higher than kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency(P<0.05).Qi stagnancy and blood stasis is higher than kidney deficiency(P<0.05).(4)FINS:Phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency is higher than the rest(P<0.05).Liver depression forming fire is higher than kidney deficiency and qi stagnancy and blood stasis(P<0.05).(5)1h INS:Phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency is higher than the rest(P<0.05).Liver depression forming fire is higher than qi stagnancy and blood stasis(P<0.05).(6)2h INS : Phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency is higher than qi stagnancy and blood stasis(P<0.05).Liver depression forming fire is higher than qi stagnancy and blood stasis(P<0.05).\(7)Relevant factors of kidney deficiency syndrome:WHR(OR=0.414,P=0.038)?LH/FSH(OR=0.349,P=0.010)and FINS(OR=0.893,P=0.048).(8)Relevant factors of phlegm-dampness syndrome:BMI(OR=5.737,P=0.024)?Sleep time(OR=4.140,P=0.011)?1h INS(OR=1.021,P=0.008)?2hINS(OR=1.978,P=0.020)?(9)Relevant factors of qi stagnancy and blood stasis:hairy(OR=0.090,P=0.003)?menstrual cold(OR=4.180,P=0.026)?1hINS(OR=0.970,P=0.030).(10)Relevant factors of liver depression forming fire:hairy(OR=7.039,P=0.001)?T(OR=1.032,P=0.048)?LH/FSH(OR=2.705,P=0.011).Conclusions:(1)Risk factors of adolescent PCOS:Waist-to-hip ratio?diabetes?pressure;Protective factors of adolescent PCOS:sports.(2)There were no significant difference in T?LH?FSH and 3h INS between four TCM syndromes.There were differences between LH/FSH,FINS,1hINS and 2hINS in the four TCM syndromes.(3)Relevant factors of kidney deficiency syndrome:WHR ? LH/FSH and FINS.Relevant factors of phlegm-dampness syndrome:BMI?Sleep time?1hINS?2hINS.Relevant factors of qi stagnancy and blood stasis:hairy?menstrual cold?1hINS.Relevant factors of liver depression forming fire:hairy?T?LH/FSH.
