Pharmaceutical Effect Tests Of Qing Yan Li Hou Capsule

Objective:①To establish the animal modle belonging to traditional Mongolian pharyngitis areas②To clarify the efficacy of Qingyan Lihou capsules providing the proofs for the clinical applicatiion.Methods:②To establish acute pharyngitis model with15%NH3·H2O spraying rats’ throat and treat the rats by Qingyan Lihou capsules(0.875g/kg、0.438g/kg、0.219g/kg) through intragastric administration for3days.Then observing the changes of mucosa of pharyngeal portion and pathological sections;Simultaneously,to pay attention to the changes of food-intake and weight and determine the blood routine.The results show that Qingyan Lihou capsules is effective for the treatment of acute pharyngitis,especially themedium-dose and high-dose improve signicantly.②To establish chronic pharyngitis model with25%NH3·H2O and pine oil and treat the rabbits by Qingyan Lihou capsules(0.102g/kg/0.204g/kg/0.408g/kg) through intragastric administration for10days.The obvervational indexes are similar to the ones in acute pharyngitis model. Then,it indicates the medium-dose and high-dose improve signicantly,showing that Qingyan Lihou capsules is effective for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Results:To establish acute pharyngitis model and chronic pharyngitis model successfully by chemical methods and the results make clear that Qingyan Lihou capsules is effective for the treatment of acute pharyngitis and chronic pharyngitis.
