Clinical Research Of Acupoint Injection Using Huangqi Solution To Treat Pre-diabetes

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint injection on peoplewith pre-diabetes by injecting Huangqi solution, and probe the mechanism of thistreatment.Method90cases of Pre-diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, thetreatment group and the control group. The control group took the intension of thelifestyle change, the treatment group plus acupoint injection by injecting Huangqisolution at two group points. The first group: Yishu(EX-B3)，Zhongwan(RN12)，Zusanli(ST36): The second group: Sanyinjiao(SP6), Shenshu(BL23), Guanyuan(RN4).Two group points were used alternately. Once each day,10days constituting onecourse，After three courses，observe influence of OGTT, C-P, insulin levels, HbA1c,blood fat, and TCM syndrome score. Then evaluate objectively clinical therapeuticeffect of the treatment, and its security.Result After intervention the treatment group OGTT levels are decreased, comparingwith before has statistical significance (P<0.05); the control group has no differencecompared with before (P>0.05); FPG and2hPG comparing between the two groupshas statistical significance (P<0.05). The treatment group FINS,2HINS and3HINSare decreased, comparing with before has statistical significance (P<0.05);0.5HINSand1HINS are increased, comparing with before has statistical significance (P<0.05);The control group FINS,0.5HINS,1HINS,2HINS and3HINS are increased, comparing with before is no difference (P>0.05);0.5HINS and1HINS comparingbetween the two groups has statistical significance (P<0.05). The treatment groupafter intervention HbA1c dropped significantly, comparing with before has statisticalsignificance (P<0.05); the control group HbA1c are decreased, comparing with beforeis no difference (P>0.05); Interference between the two groups after HbA1c wassignificant difference (P<0.05). After intervention the two group TCM syndromescore are decreased, comparing with before has statistical significance (P<0.05); thedifference between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05), the score oftreatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion The study suggest the clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint injection onpeople with pre-diabetes by injecting Huangqi solution is effective and safe, andapplied a new, easy and effective method for pre-diabetes.
