Research on acupuncture point injection treatment for the clinical curative effect of the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods:Choose the patients from January the2011to December the2012in my courtyard department of gynaecology of hyperemesis gravidarum with a total of48cases. The48patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, The treatment group and control group each has24patients, two groups in mean age, mean duration of amenorrhea, the number of early pregnancy women, the number of hyperemesis gravidarum medical history, the average years of education, there is no significant difference.the control group were treated with intravenous infusion support treatment, the treatment group treated with vitamin B1, B6mixed liquid injection at Neiguan acupoint on the basis of control group, once a day,7days for a course of treatment. In the course of daily urine routine examination to understands the urine ketone body, score were recorded daily frequency of vomiting and urine routine examination results were scored according to clinical symptoms. Review of blood electrolyte levels after the completion of a course of treatment. After the treatment the two groups were observed the vomiting times and the improvement of the urine ketone body To evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:The third day of the Course, the effective rate of the treatment group was62.50%, the control group was33.33%, the cure rate of the treatment group was29.17%, the control group was12.50%, compared with two groups of curative effect is extremely significant difference, the difference had statistical significance (P<0,01); After a period of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was95.83%, the control group was87.50%, the cure rate of the treatment group was83.33%, control group was66.67%, compared with two groups of curative effect is extremely significant difference, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion:Vitamin B1, B6mixed liquor Neiguan acupoint injection in treating hyperemesis gravidarum, in urine ketone negative unique therapeutic effect, clinical curative effect is better than pure western medicine treatment of intravenous fluid support.
