Objective:The first aid ability of operating room nurses was investigated by revising the questionnaire of first aid ability for operating room nurses,and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed.Through qualitative research insight into the operating room nurses and managers for emergency operating room nurses ability to the full range of feelings,as a supplement of the quantitative research,mining results in the operating room nurses'self-efficacy and positive coping styles and perceived organizational support on the emergency ability of deep impact,so as to provide certain reference for the establishment of related policies to improve operating room nurses ability for nursing managers.Methods:By means of literature review and expert consultation,the first aid ability evaluation questionnaire of operating room nurses was revised,and the reliability and validity were tested.Questionnaire survey method was adopted to investigate the status quo of first-aid ability of 432 nurses in 4 hospitals of Shanghai operating room competency training base by using the revised questionnaire of first-aid ability of operating room nurses,demographic questionnaire,general self-efficacy questionnaire,simple coping style questionnaire and organizational support questionnaire.Using the method of qualitative research,focus group interviews were conducted with 8 operating room nurses and managers selected from the quantitative research samples.Results:(1)This study revised the operating room nurses first aid ability evaluation questionnaire for 27 items,using Likert5 scoring method,internal consistency reliability is 0.947.(2)The first-aid ability score of operating room nurses measured in this study was 110.95±13.09,which was relatively high.(3)The single-factor analysis results of this study showed that the higher the level,the longer the nursing age,the higher the first-aid ability score of operating room nurses with emergency work experience and first aid training.(4)Of this study is the best measure of regression analysis showed that the factors of the impact of the operating room nurses emergency ability from big to small in the order:self-efficacy,perceived organizational support,level,age,positive coping style and negative coping styles,participated in the first aid training whether,if there's any emergency work experience,whether in first aid,a total of nine factors can explain the operating room nurses emergency capacity of 47.1%of the variation(Adjusted R~2=0.471).The higher the level of the operating room nurse,the longer the nursing experience,the higher the level of first aid ability,the higher the level of first aid ability,the higher the level of self-efficacy,the higher the score of positive response,the lower the score of negative response,the higher the sense of organizational support.(5)Through focus group interviews with nurses and managers in the operating room,it can be concluded that personal success or failure experience,attribution,alternative experience or imitation,evaluation of others,and physical and mental state affect the self-efficacy of nurses in the operating room and then affect their first-aid ability;The sense of mission and positive cognitive evaluation affect the first aid ability of operating room nurses by influencing their coping style.Superior support,reasonable authorization,emphasis on the contributions of nurses,and training can affect the first-aid ability of operating room nurses by affecting their sense of organizational support.Conclusion:(1)The revised questionnaire for the assessment of first aid ability of operating room nurses in this study has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for the assessment of first aid ability of operating room nurses.(2)In this study,the first-aid ability of operating room nurses showed a high level.(3)The factors influencing the emergency rescue ability of operating room nurses mainly involve self-efficacy,sense of organizational support,energy level,nursing age,positive coping style,negative coping style,whether they have participated in first aid training,whether they have emergency work experience and whether they have participated in first aid.The higher the level of the operating room nurse,the longer the nursing experience,the higher the level of first aid ability,the higher the level of first aid ability,the higher the level of self-efficacy,the higher the score of positive response,the lower the score of negative response,the higher the sense of organizational support.It can be seen that the improvement of the quality of the operating room nurses and the good working atmosphere created by the operating room managers will be conducive to the improvement of the first-aid ability of the operating room nurses,maintain strong professional competence and ensure the quality of nursing.(4)The first-aid ability of operating room nurses is affected by many factors,can be targeted at the self-efficacy of nurses,positive coping style,organizational support sense of controllable factors,to form the corresponding strategy to improve the first-aid ability of operating room nurses,for the nursing managers to provide reference.
