Effect Evaluation On Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Chinese Medicine Enema Combined Drug Iontophoresis

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment ofchronic pelvic inflammatory disease, provide objective basis for the effectiveness of thecomprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Using randomizedcontrolled methods, select the autonomous region hospital gynecology of traditionalChinese medicine,179cases CPID patients, patients were randomly allocated to treatmentgroup90cases, control group89cases.Treatment group by the combined drugiontophoresis of Chinese medicine enema. In the control group uses the pure traditionalChinese medicine enema, observe two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signsbefore and after treatment and curative effect.Using SPSS17.0statistical software packagefor statistical analysis composition ratio, were used respectively to rate depending on thetype of data, Inspection and test result analysis, t test and rank. Results:(1) In thetreatment group the total effective rate was96.70%, control group was85.40%,thedifference was statistically significant.(P<0.05), the treatment group is better than thecontrol group.(2) Symptoms of two groups of curative effect of comparative differenceshave statistical significance (P<0.05), no signs of curative effect of comparativedifferences statistically significant (P>0.05).(3) Two groups in improving patients with“pelvic cavity accumulates fluid”,“pelvic mass” the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4) Two groups of patients were compared after treatment in the lower abdomenpain, lumbosacral pain, attachment thickening, tenderness, etc. the improvement of thedifference has statistical significance (P<0.05).(5) In the treatment group age, duration,degree of illness and comprehensive curative effect were analyzed and the differenceswere statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine enema combinedwith computer intermediate frequency drug iontophoresis treatment is better than that ofpure traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment. The therapy can effectively improvethe symptoms of patients, promote inflammation absorption and has the effect of analgesia,anti-inflammatory, of the effectiveness of the comprehensive treatment CPID provides a certain reference value, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
