Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae Of TCM Enema C3 And C4 Expression Analysis Of 31 Cases Before And After The Treatment

The purpose of surveyThrough testing and comparing the immune parameters in serum C3, C4 of treatment and control groups’patients of dampness heat and junction of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease before and after each using traditional Chinese medicine and placebo enema, initially clear the immune status of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae; further explored the enema improve symptoms and the immune status of the patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae; thus providing a theoretical basis for the characteristics of Chinese medicine therapy for pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae and providing data support for Chinese medicine to improve the immune status of the pelvic cavity.Research MethodsCollected 31 cases of Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with type of damp heat and blood stasis in Sichuan Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine of gynecology clinic,and then divided them into treatment, control two groups. Treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine and control group used placebo enemas two menstrual cycles. Then we determined of C3, C4 in the blood of patients by Flow cytometry technique. All data were statistically analyzed by using spss17.0. We got the appropriate statistical results by using Shapiro-Wilk test, T test, Wilcoxon test, Mann Whitney U test, Chi-square test.The results1,Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with imbalance of immune indexes C3, C4.2,Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients immune indexes of C3,C4 has returned to normal after using the traditional Chinese medicine enema.3,Symptoms has been improved significantly in patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease after the enema treatment.The conclusion of surveySequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with imbalance of immune indexes C3, C4. Enema not only can obviously improve patients’abdominal bulge pain, lumbosacral pain,vaginal discharge volume, yellow odor and other clinical symptoms and uterus, pelvic, tenderness and accessories tenderness on both sides and other signs of pelvic, but also can return the immune indicators C3, C4 back to normal. Enema treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae in improving symptoms and improve the immunization are very effective, safe, convenient, and worthy of further research and extension.
