Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Xiaoyan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,Chinese herbal medicine and TDP in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with cold and dampness syndrome, and compare the TCM syndromes and local signs before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group.Changes,to assess its efficacy, for the future diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:This study was conducted from November 2016 to October 2017 in the Department of Gynecology(including outpatient and ward)of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(cold stagnation syndrome)will meet the inclusion criteria.Patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method: 50 patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine oral + traditional Chinese medicine retention enema + Chinese medicine sputum + TDP quadruple therapy;50 patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone.By observing the patient's TCM syndrome, local signs, recurrence rate, etc.,the clinical efficacy was further compared and analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of general data: There were no significant differences in the age, course of disease, severity of illness,TCM syndrome scores, and local physical scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),indicating that the two treatments were Group patients were comparable.2.Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy between the groups after treatment: the total effective rate was 96.00% in the experimental group and 82.00% in the control group. There was a significant difference(p<0.05)after the chi-square test, suggesting that the comprehensive efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.3.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the groups after treatment: the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 98.00%,and that in the control group was 84.00%.After the chi-square test, there was a significant difference(p<0.05),suggesting that the TCM syndrome of the experimental group The effect was higher than the control group.4.Comparison of local physical signs between the groups after treatment: the total effective rate of local signs in the experimental group was 92.00%,and the control group was 76.00%.After the chi-square test, there was a significant difference(p<0.05),indicating that the local symptoms of the test group were high.In the control group.5.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores and local physical signs scores between groups after treatment: After treatment, the average rank of TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group was 39.27,and the control group was 61.73,which was significantly different(p<0.01),indicating the post-treatment trial. The scores of TCM syndromes in the group were significantly lower than those in the control group. After treatment, the mean value of the local sign scores of the experimental group was 42.59,and the control group was 58.41.After the rank sum test, there was a significant difference(p<0.01),indicating the post-treatment test group.Local sign scores were significantly lower than the control group.6.Comparison within the group: TCM syndrome scores and local physical scores before and after treatment in the experimental group;TCM syndrome scores and local physical scores before and after treatment in the control group, and the rank sum test showed significant differences(p<0.01).It indicated that the scores of TCM syndrome and local scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment.7.Comparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate was 5.00% in the experimental group at 3 months after treatment, and the recurrence rate in the control group was 21.43%.After the chi-square test,p<0.05,the test group was more effective than the control group in controlling the cold and damp stagnation of CPID.The recurrence of the card.In conclusion:1.The experimental group(Chinese medicine orally + retention enema + Chinese medicine sputum + TDP quadruple method)treatment and control group(Chinese medicine orally)treatment of CPID(cold wet stagnation syndrome),can reduce the patient's TCM syndrome scores, local physical scores,Improve their clinical performance and relieve pain in patients. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2.The two treatment methods did not have adverse reactions and side effects during the treatment, which proved that the safety was higher.3.After three months of treatment, the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(21.43%),indicating that the experimental group was more effective than the control group in controlling the recurrence of CPID cold and dampness syndrome.4.This study has established a new and more effective diagnosis and treatment case, which can benefit more patients with CPID.
