The Status Of Gansu Province Nuclear Emergency Medical Response Capacity And Measures For Improvement Research

Objective:To find the existing state of nuclear emergency treatment capacity of GansuProvince and its influencing factors; propose a new nuclear emergency medicaltreatment in Gansu Province, the establishment of a simple standardized treatmentprocess, Gansu Province to further improve nuclear emergency medical responsecapabilities, to provide a reference.Contents:In this study, conducted a survey of status quo at home and abroad, the nuclearemergency treatment of Gansu Province and other provinces and cities to prepare thestatus of contrast, Gansu Province, nine medical institutions before and after the2006nuclear emergency medical survey data comparison, combined with the actualsituation of Gansu Province, geography location, population distribution and thedevelopment of the nuclear industry position, and exploration of Gansu Province,nuclear emergency medical response mode to build and rescue process reengineering.Methods:Nine hospitals in Gansu Province has a representative, through questionnaires,face-to-face interviews and access to internal data and other forms of access to thestatus quo of before and after2006the treatment capacity of medical institutions inGansu Province and comparative analysis.Conclusion:1. Gansu Province, medical institutions, the number of existing nuclearemergency workers less than normal, and mostly part-time; existing emergencyequipment and detection equipment obsolescence serious emergency medicine with asmall number of overall nuclear emergency medical response capability is weak;Impact of Gansu Province, nuclear emergency medical response capacity factors: policies and regulations, the degree of attention and financial security;Build nuclear emergency medical response system, generate a new meet GansuProvince, the status of the medical treatment mode, the division of medicalinstitutions nuclear emergency treatment can more standardized process reengineering,build and improve nuclear emergency medical response system to further enhanceGansu Province nuclear emergency treatment capacity.
