Objective:1.We deplay the method of clinical epidemiological investigation to collect dataes of syndrome of acute gastritis,and with the help of the modern metadata technique,we research the distribution of TCM syndromes in acute gastritis.2.0n the basis of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Tang(XFDZT)which is classical prescription in Shang Han Lun,simulation "Yiwei" mixture,to observe "Yiwei" mixture combined with western medicine treatment acute gastritis of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome (patient symptoms,tongue,pulse etc.),with the patient’s comprehensive curative effect and TCM syndrome, and then summarize the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the disease.Methods:1.Researcher collected80patients of acute gastritis,and recorded the patient’s clinical datas,including general condition and diagnostic information(sympto,physical sign,tongue demonstration,pulse condition).And adopting factor analysis to analyze clinical datas.2.To select60cases of emergency and hospitalization patients from Tian Jin Nan Kai hospital during March2011-December2012who meet the diagnostic criteria of acute gastritis of western medicine,and the in-coordination between liver and stomach syndrome of TCM.They were randomly divided into two groups.One group is the treatment group,30patients of which were treated with "Yiwei"mixture,100ml,two times a day,unblocking liver and regulating flow of Qi,regulating stomach and invigorate the spleen,and with Omeprazole,40mg and Normal Saline250ml IVD,one time a day.The other group,with30patients being treated with Omeprazole,40mg and Normal Saline250ml IVD,one time a day.The cases of both groups were treated3days.3.Finally,after collection of clinical data,establish a database,according to the requirements for statistical analysis, measurement data using the t test,counting data using the X2test, comparison between two groups using independent t test. Result:1.The basal TCM Syndromes of Acute Gastritis can be separated into four sorts.They are likeness spleen and stomach cold-heat jumble type,likeness weakness of the spleen and stomach type,likeness stomach excessive heat,likeness incoordination between the liver and stomach type.2.Accoding to the condition of distribution of syndrome type,the most is likeness spleen and stomach cold-heat jumble type,next are likeness weakness of the spleen and stomach type,likeness stomach excessive heat,likeness incoordination between the liver and stomach type.3.Two groups of patient’s symptom total integral have the obvious difference before the treatment and the latter(P<0.05).The treatment group Chinese medicine symptom total integral’s improvement is better than the control group.4.The curative effect of the treatment group Chinese medicine symptoms(sour regurgitatio、 belching、gastric upset、depressed emotion、string of the pulse tracings act.)is as good as the control group.The curative effect’s improvement of full of gastric cavity、hiccough、loss of appetite、sigh,"Yiwei" mixture is better than the control group.4.In the treatment group,clinical curing eight subjects,excellence eleven subjects,utility night subjects,ineffective two subjects,total effectiveness is93.3%.In the control group,clinical curing two subjects,excellence six subjects,utility seventeen subjects,ineffective five subjects,total effectiveness is83.3%.The treatment group total effectiveness surpasses the control group total effectiveness is obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Through the process and result of research,we found the modern metadata technique coule provides more scientific and rational method in the study of TCM syndrome differentiation standard,and explains the syndrome essence of disease,so that provides evidence to determination of treatment and diagnosis.2.The basal TCM Syndromes of Acute Gastritis can be separated into four sorts.They are likeness spleen and stomach cold-heat jumble type,likeness weakness of the spleen and stomach type,likeness stomach excessive heat,likeness incoordination between the1iver and stomach type. 3.Accoding to the condition of distribution of syndrome type,the most is likeness spleen and stomach cold-heat jumble type,next are likeness weakness of the spleen and stomach type,likeness stomach excessive heat,likeness incoordination between the liver and stomach type.4.Regulating stomach and dissipating sorrows appears to have the significant effect on the treatment of in-coordination between liver and stomach syndrome and can singnificantly improve the full of gastric cavity、hiccough、loss of appetite、sigh.
