Objective To observe the effect of acupoint injection with different drugs of heart qi deficiency rat general state of observation、homodynamic、serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the myocardial tissue, to explore the impact of different drugs on the effect of acupoint injection, to provide the experimental basis for a wide range of clinical applications of drug acupoint injection. Methods The48SPF SD male rats,8randomly selected as the blank control group, the remaining40successful modeling were randomly divided into model control group, acupoint injection Shen qi group, acupoint injection Salvia group, acupoint injection inosine group, acupoint injection distilled water group. Acupoint injection for each group were used Shen qi fu zheng injection liquid (Shen qi injection), Salvia Injection, inosine injection and distilled water injection in rats Hou san li, each acupoint0.2ml, once a day a point, alternating left and right, observe the rats on the general condition, using colorimetry method to detect serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), left ventricular cannulation record hemodynamic indicators, the application of HE staining method to detect myocardial tissue pathological changes.Results①Compared with the normal control group, model control group hemodynamic parameters LVSP,+dp/dtmax and heart rate, SOD activity decreased significantly, LVEDP,-dp/dtmax, t-dp/dtmax increased significantly, the difference was highly statistical significantly (P<0.01).②Compared with the model control group, acupoint injection therapy groups hemodynamic indicators and SOD activity were improved significantly, the statistical difference was significantly (P<0.05or P<0.01).③Compared with point injection the distilled water group, hemodynamic indicators and SOD activity of the point injection drug group improved significantly better than acupoint injection of distilled water group, the difference was statistical significantly (P<0.05or P<0.01).④Every point injection drug group compared with each other, Point injection drugs in each group to improve the role of various indicators differences, SOD activity difference was not statistical significantly (P>0.05).⑤Pathological section shows:Shen qi injection in arrangement of the myocardial fibers, inflammatory infiltration, cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, atrophy better than Salvia Injection, the Dan shen injection better than that of inosine injection.⑥General state of observation:Compared with before treatment, Increased activity in rats, vigorous spirit, responsive, color of hair, breathing normally, mouse eyes、tail colors to become redConclusion①Drugs are the important factors to affect the acupoint injection efficacy, The impact of drugs is better than the non-drug group on the effect of acupoint injection.②Different drugs have differences on the effect of acupoint injection, Point Injection three drugs have differences significantly in the improvement of heart qi deficiency rats.③Drug TCM group is better than western medicine group on the impact of the acupoint injection on Heart-qi Deficiency Syndrome, Shen qi injection is better than Dan shen injection, Dan shen injection than inosine injection..
