| Objective To observe the influence of rats serum SOD with qi deficiency syndrome through the factors of the acupuncture point injection with different meridians and reinforcing and reducing methods.Methods (1) Animal models selection and building According to research contents and foundational studies,we chose compound factors of the feeding,load forced swimming and large dose propranolol to establish SD rat heart qi deficiency syndrome model,the whole process needs to20days.Before making the mold,SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group and model group.After the modeling(on the twenty-first days),7rats were selected from model group and blank control group randomly as a model evaluation,the remaining SD rats were randomly divided into model group,Zusanli Shenqi Fuzheng Injection reinforcing method group,Zusanli Shenqi Fuzheng injection therapy group,Quchi Shenqi Fuzheng Injection reinforcing method group,Quchi Shenqi Fuzheng injection therapy group.(2) Acupoints and treatment Take Quchi,Zusanli.Acupoint injection therapy for starting the day after randomization,each acupoint injection of0.20ml, Reinforcing method:Using fine needle (1ml syringe needle, No.4.5) along the main and collateral channels running direction, slow injection, injection time in1minute;Reducing method of Acupuncture:Using coarse needle (1ml syringe needle, No.6) against the main and collateral channels running direction, not to get gas, fast injection, injection time in30seconds,one times a day,for10consecutive days.(3) Target detectionâ‘ The behavioral indicators:The regular change of behavior in rats was observedâ‘¡Immunohistochemical detection:Serum SODâ‘¢Detection of cardiac function:hemodynamicsâ‘£Pathological section of myocardiumResults (1) the activity of Serum SOD in model group rats were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05);Treated group and blank control group with significant difference (P<0.05);Zusanli injection supplement group and Zusanli injection therapy group,Zusanli injection supplement group and Quchi acupoint injection supplement group had significant differences (P<0.01)(2) The cardiac function of rats in model group decreased significantly, The maximum ventricular rats model of the internal pressure,left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), heart rate (HR) and other indicators are less than the control group (P<0.01),and the average ventricular pressure(P<0.05)(3) Each treatment group compared with model control group,the maximum ventricular pressure,+dp/dtmax, heart rate, left ventricular systolic pressure were greater than the model group (P<0.01),-dp/dtmax,t-dp/dtmax and other indicators are less than the model group (P<0.01); The maximum ventricular internal pressure,+dp/dtmax,the average ventricular pressure,heart rate,left ventricular systolic pressure of Zusanli tonic group were greater than other groups of the index value,with significant difference (P<0.01),-dp/dtmax,t-dp/dtmax and other indicators of Zusanli tonic method group are less than the other three groups (P<0.05);minimal ventricular pressure through the model control group, blank control group, Quchi tonic method group,Quchi Shenqi therapy group,Zusanli tonic method group,Zusanli Shenqi therapy group is not significant (P<0.05);the indexes between Quchi tonic method group and Quchi Shenqi purgation group showed no significant difference (P<0.05)(4) Behavioral science:Foraging phenomenon obviously,weight gain,significantly increased,vigorous,agile, smooth coat,nasal coda color red.(5) Pathology showed:The ability of Zusanli tonic Group repair damaged myocardial cells, reducing inflammatory infiltration range is superior to the other groups.Conclusion1.Weaken the Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndrome Model Rats Serum SOD activity, Zusanli acupoint injection supplement group serum SOD activity were significantly greater than those of Zusanli point injection therapy group and Quchi acupoint injection reinforcing method group.2.Function of heart qi deficiency syndrome model rats with varying degrees of damage, the Zusanli injection reinforcement treatment in maximum ventricular pressure, left ventricular systolic pressure, average ventricular pressure, heart rate,+dp/dtmax is superior to the other three treatment groups.3. The different nature of the acupoint has effect on the efficacy of point injection. In this experiment, the treatment of heart-qi deficiency rat model, effect of Zusanli point injection group was significantly better than Quchi acupoint injection group.4. Different reinforcing-reducing manipulation has the effect on therapeutic of acupoint injection. Treatment of Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndrome Model in rats, the fill method is better than the reducing method. |
