| ObjectiveTo assess the efficacy and feasibility of the acne treatment, in order to provide a broader basis for acne prevention measures and treatment methods.MethodsThe subjects based on self-test table of TCM constitution classification and judgement "(Association of Chinese Medicine standard), survey of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese subsidiary outpatient dermatology clinic of acne patients from March2012to March2013, the collection a diagnosis of acne and for patients with constitution heat. According to two different treatment66regimens were randomly divided into2groups, respectively, for the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group programs:The oral medicine Conditioning constitution with the taking the acne side, night the topical the Mei Lo Xiaocuo cream once. Tone constitution prescription:talc24g, capillaris20g, Scutellaria10g, Shichangpu10g, Zhejiang Fritillaria10g, Akebia10g Agastache12g, Shegan10g, forsythia15g, mint8g (post below), white cardamom12g; acne tripartite: the Morus alba15g, Scutellaria12g, Prunella15g, habitat30g, paeonol15g, Gardenia10g, Silver Flower15g, forsythia15g, wind10g, capillaris15g, hawthorn15g, Salvia20g, add boiling water200ml for each acne side recipe, drink2times per day morning and evening for taking a course of2months.The control group treatment programs:to use night topical Mei Lo acne cream, acne side Recipe taking method of treatment with the treatment group. Changes were observed between two groups of patients before and after treatment. The overall effect of the case improvements in two months after a course of treatment were followed up for recurrenceResults1. Severity comparison after treatment:the severity of the treatment group and the control group of lesions compared with the significant difference, P<0.05, statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group to improve the severity of the lesions2.Overall effect of the case after treatment:the total effective rate in treatment group is93.9%, compared to the control group efficiency of84.8%by statistical analysis, the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).3. Physical improvement:constitution integral treatment group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) before and after treatment. Constitution integral control group difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) between the two groups after the treatment of physical integral by Statistics The analysis has significant difference (P<0.05). Treatment group effectively improve the patient’s physical condition, the physical improvement of the control group was not significant.4. Recurrence:after the end of treatment in one month, the treatment group, the recurrence rate was14.8%, the recurrence rate was21.4%of the control group, the recurrence rate of the treatment group than the control group, but no significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionThe two treatment options for acne treatment of damp-heat with the efficacy of damp-heat acne treatment more satisfied than Herbal Treatment constitution heat, the conditioning body heat can fundamentally improve the patient’s type of body heat, Tracing seeking source from the root cause to proceed, has a greater significance, it is worth to promote the use of clinical prevention and to prevent the recurrence of damp-heat acne. |
