Clinical Observation Of DI-3-butylphthalide Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction In Senile Patients

Objective：1.To observe the clinical effect of D1-3-butyl phthalide injection in acute cerebralinfarction of senile patients.2.To observe the side effect of D1-3-butyl phthalide injection in acute cerebral infarctionof senile patients.Methods：To collect one hundred and twenty patients of acute senile cerebral infarction in generalhospital of Ningxia medical college from October of2011to May of2012.The treating groupand the contrasting group both have60patients.Two groups both give the basic treatment toensure the treatment effect.The treating group was added the D1-3-butyl phthalideinjection.Record NIHSS score and BI score of the days before and after the14days treating，to observe the effect.And to record the blood routine、liver and kidney function data of twogroups at the same time，also the discomfort of the patients, to observe the side effect.Results：1.The general conditions concluding the age,gender,disease time and medical history,theinitial score of the nerve function defecting all have no statistical significance (P>0.05).Theyare all comparable.2.Curative effect analysis:the later score of NIHSS is obvious lower than prior treatment.There is statistical significance (P<0.05);the later score of BI is obvious higher than priortreatment. There is statistical significance (P<0.05).And the amplitude of the treating group islarger than the contrasting group. 3. The security analysis: the blood routine、liver and kidney function of two groups areall normal before treatment.During the process of the treatment，I have not found anyuncomfortable and the data of the blood routine、liver and kidney function of two groups haveno obvious variation.have no statistical significance (P>0.05).So,there is no statisticalsignificance(P>0.05).Conclusion：1.D1-3-butyl phthalide injection can effectively improve nerve function defect in treatingacute Cerebral Infarction of senile patients,to improve life quality，to have definite clinicaleffect.2.D1-3-butyl phthalide injection has no definite side effect and have higher security intreating acute Cerebral Infarction of senile patients.
