Objective:In order to study the effect of the combination of diphthalein sodium chloride and edaravone injection on the free radical dynamic stability of patients with acute vascular blockage.The recovery of nerve function was observed by NIHSS score and MMSE score.This can provide more basis for clinical practice.Methods:100 cases of acute cerebral infarction were selected in the department of neurology of the affiliated hospital of taishan medical college.The time was from March 1,2016 to December 31,2017.All patients were confirmed as acute cerebral infarction by detailed neurological examination,craniocerebral CT or MRI,and they were not intracerebral hemorrhage.The onset time was 6-72 hours.Male and female patients were selected by random principles.Basic treatment was necessary: Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets combined with clopidogrel because of double anti platelet aggregation,Atorvast-atin Calcium Tablets 20 mg,Ligustrazine injection 80 mg and control the risk factors,etc.It also included symptomatic support therapy,etc.The 100 patients were randomized into 2 groups.One was the conventional group.There were 50 cases,of which men and women were 34 and 16 respectively.The average age was 62.84±11.65.They do the basic treatment above.The second became the treatment group.There were 50 patients.This group included basic therapy and intravenous drip of butylphthalide injection and edarara injection.Males and females maked up 33 and 17.The average age was 62.0±10.10.Venous blood was taken out from the two groups for 5ml.Time was treated before and after treatment for 2 weeks.we chose the normal body with 30 blank groups,including 16 male and 14 female,with an average age of 60.33 + 10.31.Venous blood was taken out from the this groups for 5ml.The samples of the three groups were centrifuged for serum and preserved at low temperature for inspection.The indexes of the control group and the test group which were observed were homocysteine(Hcy),malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD).The changes of free radical and free radical scavenger were observed.In addition,we do a detailed examination of the nervous system for the patient.The neurological deficit score and the simple intelligence scale were scored before and 2 weeks after treatment.The recovery of neurological function and the improvement of cognitive function were obse-rved.Results:1.Before treatment,the contents of Hcy and MDA in the conventional group and the treatment group were all higher than those in the blank group.The content of SOD was lower than that of blank group,and the difference was statistically significant.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the contents of Hcy,MDA and SOD between the conventional group and the treatment group.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the content of serum Hcy and MDA in the two groups of the routine group and the treatment group were lower than that before the treatment,and the content of Hcy and MDA in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The content of serumSOD in the two groups were all higher than those before the treatment,and the treatment group had a greater degree of improvement than the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant.3.There was no significant difference in the NIHSS score between the conventional group and the treatment group before treatment,and there was no significant difference in the MMSE score between the conventional group and the treatment group before treatment.4.After two weeks of treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the MMSE scores were higher than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant.The recovery of neurological function and the score of simple intelligence scale in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of two drugs could effectively improve the dynamic balance of free radical.It could reduce the generation of free radicals,which was more effective than conventional basic treatment.Their combined application could relieve the damage after the infarction,and improve patients' cognitive ability,which was more effective than conventional basic treatment.They had less adverse reactions and high safety,which deserve further promotion and wider application of our clinical practice.
