Observation Of Diemailing Injection Combined With Edaravone Injection On Treating Stroke Blood Stasis Syndrome (Acute Cerebral Infarction)

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Diemailing and Diemailing add with Edaravone on stroke, blood stasis syndrome (acute Cerebral Infarction). Compare the clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes score, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Activity of Daily Living (ADL) scale of two drugs. Evaluate whether the effect of stroke with Diemailing add with Edaravone better than Diemailing.Methods1. Clinical dataAll cases are come from stroke patients of Department of Neurology, Hubei hospital of TCM. A total of 60 patients (with in 48 hours of the ictus) who were diagnosed with a stroke by CT or MRI corresponds with Diagnosis points various cerebrovascular disease, and corresponds stroke blood stasis. All of the cases age at 48 78 witch contains 35 male patients and 25 female patients. Divide the patients into control group and treatment group by using the random control. Each group contains 30 cases. The control groupcontains 19 male patients and 11 female patients age at 49-77, average age at 66.67±7.997. The treatment group contains 16 male patients and 14 female patients age at 48-78, average age at 66.40±8.431. There is no obvious difference (P<0.05) at the age or the sex between two groups. Two groups are comparable. There is no obvious difference (P<0.05) at the clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes score, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Activity of Daily Living (ADL) scale between two groups. Two groups are comparable.2. Therapeutic MethodThe control group was given Diemailing 40ml 250ml+0.9% sodium chloride solution intravenously qd, a total of 14 days. The treatment group was given Diemailing 40ml 250ml+0.9% sodium chloride solution intravenously qd, added in the Edaravone 30mg +0.9% sodium chloride intravenous infusion 100ml, total 14days.2 groups were given the same basic treatment, people with high blood pressure were given blood pressure control, people with brain edema were treated with 20% mannitol to lower intracranial pressure.3.Observation itemsBlood routine test, urine routine test, Stool routine test+ OB, electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function, blood rheology, CT or MRI.4. Assessment of Efficacy14 days after treatment, according to TCM clinical score, TCM syndrome score, NIHSS, ADL score for statistical analysis, comparing the control group and the clinical effect of treatment group.result 1. Comparison of the two groups on TCM clinical scoreThe control group recovered 0 cases,5 cases of significant progress, progress in 9 cases, little progress in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group recovered in 1 case,13 cases of significant progress, progress in 10 cases,4 cases of little progress, the total effective rate was 93.33%.2. Comparison of the two groups on TCM syndrome scoreTreatment group than the control group scores improved governance are more pronounced effect (P<0.05)。3. The improvement of neurological deficitTreatment group on improvement of neurologic impairment more significantly than the control group (P>0.05).4. The improvement of activities of daily livingTreatment group on improvement in activities of daily living more significant is called the control group (P>0.05).ConclusionDiemailing Injection combined with Edaravone Injection on treatment of stroke (cerebral infarction) and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, TCM syndromes, clinical neurological deficits and improvement in activities of daily living are more than Diemailing significant (P>0.05).Chinese medicine describes the clinical treatment of stroke used in the dialectic on the basis of proprietary Chinese medicines combined Edaravone injection can more effectively improve clinical treatment, worthy of clinical application.The problem:The small number of patients, only 60 cases pending.
