Part?The effects of exercise therapy and express of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in rat brainObjective The effects of exercise therapy on expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in expression rate of BDNF.Results Exercise group of cerebral infarction area is lower than the control group,7 days was statistically significant(P < 0.05),exercise group 14 days cerebral infarction area is lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Exercise group 7 days BDNF expression is higher than the control group,was statistically significant(P < 0.05),exercise group 14 days of BDNF expression is higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Sports training can increase the expression of BDNF,and protect the brain.Part II Exercise therapy for acute cerebral infarction patients blood the effects of BDNFObjective Exercise therapy on acute cerebral infarction patients blood the effects of BDNF.Methods Agreed to exercise treatment of 18 cases(male 11,female 7 cases),for the treatment group.Didn't agree with exercise therapy 12 cases(male 8 cases,female 4 cases),for the control group.Under the condition of the consent of the treatment group and passive movement was put to good body position,and at the same time gave the platelet aggregation,improve circulation,such as nerve nutrition,expansion and cerebrovascular treatment.Control group for disagree with exercise therapy,so only gave antiplatelet aggregation,improved circulation,such as nerve nutrition,expansion and cerebrovascular treatment.And in 1 week,2 weeks before and after treatment respectively blood by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)to check the number of BDNF in the blood.Results Number of BDNF in the two groups were more than 7 days before the treatment,was statistically significant(P < 0.05),14 days exercise group than the control group,the number of BDNF was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Exercise group 14 days BDNF number more than 7 days,the number of BDNF was statistically significant(P <0.05).The control group,effective rate of 75% exercise group effective rate was 88.9%Conclusion Exercise therapy can promote the expression of DBNF and improve patients' clinical symptoms.Part III The correlation of depression after ischemic stroke in patients with serum BDNFObjective On patients with depression after ischemic stroke serum content of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and nerve function defect degree and the correlation of daily life ability.Methods To 90 patients with ischemic stroke in accordance with the presence of depressive symptoms are divided into two groups,40 cases in a group of patients with depression(PSD),a group of patients with depression(PSD)50 cases,two groups ofpatients after admission test analysis of serum BDNF levels and assess Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),the United States national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores and daily life ability score(Barthel index).Results A total of 40 patient(44.4%)had PSD,30(33.3%)had middle depression,8(8.9%)had moderate depression,2(2.2%)had severe depression,Univariate analysis showed that the the proportion of patients with multiple infarct in the PSD group(65.0%?32.0%;?2=9.732,p=0.002)?baseline NIHSS score[(7.05±4.25)vs(4.35±3.14);t=3.465,p=0.001] and NIHSS score at the time of discharge[(5.43±3.02)vs(3.11±2.56);t=3.944,p<0.001]were significantly higher than those in the non-PSD group,and year of education[(9.03±4.51)years vs(13.45±5.02)years;t=4.340,p<0.001],serum concentration of BDNF[(16.754±4.451)pg/ml?(29.551±3.213)pg/ml;t=15.827,p<0.001]and BI at the time of discharge [(55.00±28.10)vs(29.551±3.213);t=4.809,p<0.001]were significantly lower than those in non-PSD group,Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high serum BDNF level was an independent protective factor for PSD,(odd ratio0.571,95%confidence interval0.416-0.967;P=0.003)Conclusions High serum BDNF lever is an independent protective factor for PSD.Part IV The effect of neural function and BDNF in acute cerebral infarction with exercise therapy in combination with butyl phthalide injectionObjectives To discuss the effect of neural function and BDNF in acute cerebral infarction with exercise therapy in combination with butyl phthalide injection.Methods To election in September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital neurology patients onset time on 6-72 hours,in accordance with the agreed to and signed informed consent form is divided into control group,exercise therapy group,butyl phthalide group,exercise therapy+ butyl phthalide group and on admission,1 week,2 weeks after treatment respectively when the blood by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)to check the number of BDNF in the blood,and according to the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores to evaluate nerve function defect after on admission,1 week,2 weeks groups of patients treated,,and connecting with the degree of nerve function defect integral valuereduction rate and curative effect evaluation of grading the sick(grade value = score after/before treatment).Results Groups in the comparison of risk factors were no significant differences(P >0.05),just four groups of BDNF on admission,NIHSS score were not(P > 0.05),after 1week treatment,exercise therapy and butyl phthalide group of BDNF value compared with the control group,no significant difference(P > 0.05),both exercise therapy and butyl phthalide group NIHSS score compared with the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),exercise therapy + butyl phthalide group compared with control group of BDNF and NIHSS score were statistically significant(P < 0.05),respectively in the exercise therapy group compared with butyl phthalide group,also had statistical significance(P <0.05).After 2 weeks after treatment,the exercise therapy and butyl phthalide group of BDNF and NIHSS score respectively compared with control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),exercise therapy + butyl phthalide group compared with the control group with significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).BDNF and NIHSS score were statistically significant(P < 0.05)in exercise therapy + butyl phthalide group to respectively compare with exercise therapy group and butyl phthalide group.Conclusions Application of butyl phthalide injection joint exercise therapy can improve blood BDNF to improve patients' nerve function defect degree,improve the quality of life.
