Objective:To observe the total salvianolic acid injection in clinic to cure the cerebral infarction, safety and protective effect on neurological function. Methods:Random selection 100 patients with ACI(Atherosclerotic cerebral infarction)from the internal medicine-newrology of Yan’an university Affiliated hospital,which is from January,2013 to July,2013 and divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group.Treatment group: To use salvianolate 0.13 g diluted in NS(Normal Saline). Regulating the speed and static drops slowly for once a day; Citicoline sodium injection 0.5g diluted in NS( normal saline)to static drop for once a day;While patients were treated with the basic medicine Aspirin 100 g,Plavix 75 mg, or Talcom(domestic) 75 mg.Control group: Citicoline sodium injection 0.5g diluted in NS( normal saline)to static drop for once a day;While patients were treated with Aspirin 100 mg, Plavix 75 mg or Talcom(domestic) 75 mg daily.After the 14 days treatment to evaluate the US National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score,Modified Rankin Scale(scores before and after treatment difference is greater than 2 divided valid),Activities of Daily Living Scale(Activities of Daily Living Scale, ADL),Barthel Index(Barthel Index BI) score,Neurological function. Results:1.Treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency of 92% and 74% respectively in the treatment group was higher(P <0.05).2.Two groups of patients after 14 days of NIHSS scores were significantly decreesed(P <0.01), the treatment group than the control group(P <0.01).3.Two groups of patients after 14 days of mRS scores were significantly lower(P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).4.The two groups of patients 14 days after the ADL scores were significantly lower(P <0.01), the treatment group than the control group(P <0.01).5.Two groups of patients after 14 days of BI scores were significantly higher(P <0.01), the treatment group was higher(P <0.01).6.Two groups of patients after 14 days of neurological deficit score was significantly lower(P <0.01), the treatment group than the control group(P <0.01). Conclusion:Injection salvianolate to improve the efficacy of clinical symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction significantly improve neurological function, significantly improved the quality of life of patients, safe and effective.
