In this paper, we put Primary Training of horses in Yili stud farm and Yili zhao Su stud farm underinvestigation, meanwhile we performed Primary analysis on how exercise training influence thekinesiology, its results were as follows:1.The differences of primary Training level in two study stud farm performed as: Test Item of wearhackamore speed﹑Test Item of wear saddle speed、Test Item of wear mounting speed and Test Item of testtotal time are better in Yili zhao Su stud farm, difference although Test Item of wear bridle speed are notStatistical Significant, it suggested Yili zhao Su stud farm did better primary set-up than Yili stud farmtechnically.2.the Analysed result of Training level presented the technique of training and Training age were thedeterminative factors effected the performance.3.three exercise load were conducted on horses, and resulted in higher levels of GLu, lac and CK inblood after their exercise(P<0.01), other differences in characters were not notable.4.all variability in blood components of horses reached their peak just after their exercise or within30min, so taking blood samples without delay in similar research was recommended.5.based on levels of blood components and the Regaining of heart beat and respiratory rate.Thoroughbred hybrid horse have greater potential in short to medium distance race contest than Kirgizhorse. It’s reasonable for Thoroughbred hybrid horse to set exercise load within5000m a day.6.we suggested to set heart beat and respiratory rate as target characters for real time monitoring inroutine training, because Significant correlation between heart and respiratory rate and levels of bloodcomponents were founded in our study, and the latter could be considered as subsidiary procedure.
