| Based on the burst speeding,critical speeding and swimming training of Takifugu flavidus,analyze the change of caudal oscillation frequency.burst speeding,critical speeding and nonspecific immunity on the Takifugu flavidus,to provide a reference of enhancement releasing and resources recovery.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on Sink Experiment analyzed and researched the changes of the activities of Catalase,Lysozyme and Superoxide Dismutase in Takifugu flavidus body,to provide a reference of enhancement releasing and resources recovery.The result shows:1 Takifugu flavidus with the body length between 18.1cm to 19.8cm,its critical swimming speed was 45cm/s to 62cm/s,Takifugu flavidus with the body length between 18.8cm to 20.6cm,its burst swimming speed was58.5cm/s to 78.2cm/s.When the flow velocity is 30cm/s,the caudal oscillation frequency of Takifugu flavidus is about(48-60)d/min,when the flow velocity is 40cm/s,the caudal oscillation frequency of Takifugu flavidus is about(50-74)d/min,when the flow velocity is 50cm/s,the caudal oscillation frequency of Takifugu flavidus is about(68-78)d/min,when the flow velocity is 60cm/s,the caudal oscillation frequency of Takifugu flavidus is about(72-82)d/min.2 Comparing with control group,the activities of Catalase,Lysozyme and Superoxide Dismutase in liver of burst swimming group were higher(P<0.05),Activity of the Lysozyme of critical group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),there were no obvious changes of Catalase activity or Superoxide Dismutase activity(P>0.05).The results shows that acute stress reaction has a higher effect of the activities of Catalase,Lysozyme and Superoxide Dismutase.The burst speeding group contents of dissolved oxygen and ammonia in the water samples of the outbreak group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the changes of ammonia nitrogen content in critical speeding group was not obvious(P>0.05),dissolved oxygen was obvious(P<0.05).(2)This experiment analyzed the change of on nonspecific immunity of low intensity and high intensity exercise,Takifugu flavidus with the body length between19.1cm to 21.2cm,random select control group,low intensity exercise group,high intensity group.measure Alanine Aminotransferase,Aspartate Transaminase,Acid Phosphatase,Lysozyme,Superoxide Dismutase,Catalase,Malondialdehyde.The result shows:After exercise 15 d,low intensity exercise group and high intensity group CAT,SOD,LZM,MDA activity was higher(P<0.05),low intensity exercise group the activity of LZM was higher than high intensity exercise group.The low intensity exercise group and high intensity exercise group the activity of ALT,AST was higher(P<0.05).After exercise 30 d,the low intensity exercise group activity of AKP,LZL,SOD,MDA,CAT was higher(P<0.05),activity of AST,AST was lower(P<0.05).The high intensity exercise group activity of LZM,AST,ALT,MDA,SOD,CAT was observed in the latter situation(P>0.05).The activity of AKP was higher than control group(P<0.05).the results shows that appropriate intensity training and appropriate days will enhance fish nonspecific immunity and improve the health of fish immune. |
