Training horseswith the training program throughout a6-week primary endurance training and analysis on theeffect of blood biochemical index and sport performance in primary endurance training in Yilihorse, this program can serve as a reference for a primary endurance training in the horse. Theresult is as follow:By comparing with blood biochemical parameters of Yili horses in the10km training racebefore and after exercise, the sodium and chloride concentrations in the blood reaching asignificantly lower level(p<0.01) at competition immediately compared to before training;however, the potassium concentration, the concentration of lactic acid, the concentration of totalprotein, the hemoglobin concentration and the concentration of creatine kinase in the bloodreaching a significantly high level(p<0.01); the calcium concentration significantlyreduced(p<0.05) after training; the urea concentration increased gradually after training, onehour after training was higher than before training level (p<0.05), Heart rate reaching asignificantly high level(p<0.01)at competition immediately compared to before trainingã€onehour after training and the next morning, one hour after training is higher than before traininglevel and the next morning(p<0.05), these indicators were return to the training level in the nextmorning. The results show that: There are dehydrolysis phenomenon of the Yili horses body afterprimary endurance training in the use of interval training, these indicators were return to thetraining level after a day of rest, Yili horse did not occur the phenomenon of overtraining afteraccordance with the development of training programs.By comparing with each circle score and total score of Yili horses in the10km trainingrace before and after exercise, the result that horse performance are improved significantly aftertraining. At10km test match, the average scores at second time were higher than the averagescores at first time (p<0.05), the average scores at third time were higher than the average scoresat second time (p<0.05), the average scores at third time were highly significant than the averagescores at first time (p<0.01).Trained-horses performance have a great improvement at first threelaps and final sprint phase. The performance at1,2,3,8,9lap with total score have correlationcoefficient of a high level. Under the condition of equal, to improve the initial speed and the finalphase speed can increase the rate of winning. There is not overtraining phenomenon aftertraining with the training program and this program can be used as a reference for2or3yearsold Yili horse primary training. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Yili Horse, Blood parameters, Training, Athletic performance | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
