This experiment selected 12 Yili horses,aged 4~5 years old,in Lu Cao-gou story Huo Cheng city of Xinjiang.Exploring the effect of massage and hot compress in Yili horse training and fatigue recovery,analyzed its application value,and provided theoretical support for the training and nursing of horses.The testting horses were divided into three groups: massage,recovery,hot compress and natural recovery.Blood samples were collected at 0 d,15 d,30 d and 45 d,and the effects of different recovery methods were evaluated by statistical analysis of blood biochemical data.The static CREA of the horse in the massage group was significantly lower than that after training,30 min,1 h(P<0.01).The CREA concentration of 24 h was significantly lower than that after training,30 min,1 h(P<0.05)after training,and significantly higher than the resting level(P<0.05).The concentration of UA in static and 24 h was significantly lower than that in 30 min and after training(P<0.01).After training,the UA concentration of 1 h was significantly lower than that of 30 min,while it was significantly higher than that of static(P<0.05).CK numerical after 24 h was significantly higher than that immediately after training(P<0.05).The peak value of CK comes after training,and following 30 min,1 h gonging down,while CK was lower than resting level at 24 h.The concentration of CREA in the hot compress group showed a downward.The static CREA of the horse after 24 h was significantly less than that immediately after training and after 30 min(P<0.01).The concentration after 24 was significantly lower than that of 1 h after training(P<0.05).The static concentration was significantly smaller than that immediately after training(P<0.05).The concentration of UA at static was significantly lower than that immediately after training(P<0.05),and the peak value of LDH appeared at 24 h after training,which was significantly higher than that of static(P<0.05).The level of CREA in massage group decreased gradually from 0 d to 45 d.The CREA concentrations of 45 d and 30 d were significantly less than those of 0 d and 15 d(P<0.01).UA concentration showed a decreasing trend.The 45 d level was significantly lower than that of the 30 day(p<0.01),which was significantly lower than that of the 0 d and the 30 d(P<0.05).ALT comes down first and then increases.The ALT value of 45 d was significantly higher than that of other stages(P<0.01),and 0 d was significantly higher than that of 15 d(P<0.05).The change of AST and CK was same as ALT.And the AST at 0 d,15 d and 30 d are significantly lower than 45 d(P<0.01).The concentration of LDH is on the rise,what at 30 d and 45 d were significantly higher than those on 15 d and 0 d(P<0.01).The CREA concentration of Yili horse in hot compress group showed a decreasing trend over time.CREA was significantly lower than 0 d and 15 d that on the 30 d and the 45 d,(P<0.01).CK was the highest after 30 d of grouping.The 30 d was significantly higher than that in 0 d,15 d,45 d(P<0.01).The concentration of LDH fluctuates over the test.The concentration of LDH at 30 d,45 d was significantly higher than that 0 d,15 d(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in CREA,UA,ALT,AST,CK and LDH between three groups of blood biochemical data of horses(P<0.01).The CREA concentration in the self recovery group was significantly lower than that in the massage group and the hot compress group(P< 0.01).The UAconcentration in the hot compress group was significantly lower than that in the massage group and the natural recovery group(P <0.01).The ALT in the self recovery group was significantly higher than that in the massage group and the hot compress group(P<0.01).AST in the self recovery group was significantly higher than that in the hot compress group(P<0.01).The massage group was significantly higher than that of the hot compress group,while it was also significantly lower than the natural recovery group(P<0.05).The blood CK in the self recovery group was significantly higher than that in the massage group,and the massage group was significantly higher than that in the hot compress group(P<0.01).The content of LDH in the blood of massage group was significantly higher than that of hot compress group(P<0.01).The results showed that massage and hot compress methods can relieve muscle fatigue,improve horse training level,and promote horse function recovery effectively.And massage and hot compress methods can Reducing fatigue damage can be widely used in daily training of racing horse.
