Based on the fact that there are more people and less land in our country,and the quality of cultivated land is generally not high,which is dominated by medium and low yield land,the state regards the protection of cultivated land as a basic national policy that must be adhered to for a long time.China has done a lot of exploration and research in farmland protection,and put forward corresponding measures to deal with the food security of 1.4 billion people.Such as farmland occupation compensation system,basic farmland protection system,well-facilitated farmland construction,etc.In 2013,the concept of well-facilitated farmland was integrated and unified in the national well-facilitated farmland construction master plan prepared by the national development and Reform Commission and six other ministries.In addition to the previous concepts of land quality such as land leveling and soil fertility,the concept of"good ecology" is also included.Therefore,from the perspective of land ecological security,this paper proposes a set of land ecological security index evaluation system which is suitable for the delimitation of well-facilitated farmland.Based on this,it explores the spatial correlation of land ecological security and makes a visual expression,reasonably explores the construction type and timing arrangement of well-facilitated farmland,and puts forward corresponding control measures for restrictive factors.In this paper,Queshan County,Zhumadian City,Southern Henan Province,is selected as the research area.Through the collection of relevant documents,data analysis,data processing and model construction,11 indicators,such as surface soil texture,irrigation assurance rate,habitat quality,vegetation coverage,are selected to build the "natural land ecosystem land site ecosystem land ecological environment subsystem" Using AHP and entropy weight method to determine the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index,and overlay each index factor to evaluate the land ecological security in the study area.The results of ecological security of cultivated land are extended to the evaluation unit of administrative village,the spatial correlation is discussed,the results of ecological security evaluation of land are combined with the spatial autocorrelation type,the well-facilitated farmland construction types in the study area are divided,and the timing arrangement and control suggestions for each type of construction are put forward.According to the results of land ecological security assessment in Queshan County,the first level cultivated land area is 3363.48hm2,accounting for 5.43%of the total cultivated land area of the county;the second level cultivated land area is 32479.1 1hm2,accounting for 52.47%of the total cultivated land area of the county;the third level cultivated land area is 25862.4hm2,accounting for 41.78%of the total cultivated land area of the county;the fourth level cultivated land area is 198.81hm2,accounting for 0.32%of the total cultivated land area of the county.The spatial autocorrelation index based on the results of land ecological security is 0.42,showing a strong positive correlation in spatial correlation.Among them,there are 28 HH villages,26 11 villages,3 HL villages and 2 LH villages.Combining the results of land ecological security evaluation and spatial autocorrelation types,the paper puts forward the method of "ecology space" high standard farmland construction zoning,and divides the high standard farmland construction in the study area into five areas,among which the recent development area of high standard farmland is suitable construction area and secondary construction area,with an area of 9887.6 1hm2 and 46978.18hm2;the middle development area is general construction area,with an area of 17334.79hm2;the long-term development area is reserved construction area and restricted construction area,with an area of 451.49hm2 and 9472.45hm2.According to each well-facilitated farmland construction area,it is divided into the corresponding near,medium and long-term construction timing arrangement,and puts forward management and control suggestions and improvement or improvement strategies for each construction area.Based on the perspective of land ecological security,this paper constructs an evaluation index system,aiming to improve the disadvantages of traditional well-facilitated farmland evaluation,which emphasizes "quality" but neglects "ecology".At the same time,it considers the spatial correlation of the evaluation results of ecological security,so that the construction of well-facilitated farmland can meet the three in one zoning idea of "quality,health and spatial aggregation",with a view to the research and well-facilitated of land ecological security The work of quasi farmland delimitation provides basis and thinking. |
