Wheat is the main grain in china. Whatever planting acreage, total production or inventory china is the biggest in the world. Traditional cultivation use excessive fertilizer, water and seeds, lead to groups too large and insufficient light, resulting in wheat plants falling down easily and having a poor harvest. Although wheat precision planters spread in many cities but it is not enough. The wheat precision planters are almost semi-intensive sowing equipments at present. The metering device is the key point of wheat precision planter. Either from the metering mechanism or structure there is little research in china about wheat metering types.This paper has designed a new type of wheat precision planter and has made a test-bed to obtain the optimum parameters of the metering device. At last this paper analyses the independent wheat’s vibration on vibrating board and gets the equation of single wheat motion.Using digital image processing method acquire the motion track of material.Research and study as follows:1, For the design of mechanical vibration precision planter design a manual precision planter in field trials.2, Design two kinds of vibrating precision planters and use CAD&PROE draw plane figures and three-dimensional diagrams. Because some key parameters(the amplitude, period of vibration, the board angle, etc.)of metering device are unknown, it is necessary to build test-bed to obtain the design parameters.3, In this paper, experiments about apparent characteristics of wheat and friction characteristics. The apparent characteristics including moisture content, grain weight, average length and average diameter; The friction characteristics measure angle of repose of wheat, as well as the sliding friction angle with the board.4, Set up the test-bed of wheat vibration precision sowing planter, study period of vibration, amplitude, and the inclination on the metering device charge rate though a lot of tests to get the best combination of parameters.5, Analyse the independent wheat’s vibration on vibrating board and get the equation of single wheat motion.Using digital image processing method acquires the motion track of material. When the biggest moment is close to hole range of the vibrate, sufficient rate is best. The rule can direct other seeds design on vibrating planter. |
