Shallow seagrass beds repair, habitat restoration method less investment, low-cost, longcycle; transplantation survival rate is high, but also has damaging effects on seagrass beds;seed method is a no damage to seagrass beds imminent repair, but the repair time is relativelylong, the loss of seed yield loss rate is relatively high, so the development of a suitable ChinaSea small planter has an extremely important significance to the development of China’secological restoration, consistent with sustainable development needs. After a lot of inquiriesbased on shallow water seabed vegetation restoration planter in line with our waters, tochange the status quo of seagrass beds repair only transplanting, another idea for therestoration of seagrass beds in China, fundamentally repair shallow seagrass beds. Thespecific content of the research are as follows:(1) In this paper, the physical characteristics of eelgrass seeds;(2) Based on the physical characteristics of the eelgrass seeds, designed sowing depth,seed spacing and line spacing is adjustable according to the needs of the shallow seabedvegetation repair planter, to achieve a continuous, efficient, intelligent job. Mainly byunderwater sowing agencies, flow conveyor, lifting mechanism, the seeding system, controlsystem, etc.(3) By theoretical calculation completed the design and selection of the various parts ofthe UG draw the parts and the whole three-dimensional design makes more intuitive image;and key parts are analyzed experimentally, making the design more reliable, shortening thethe design and manufacturing cycle, to reduce the cost;(4) By GPS Speed stepper motor coordination, to ensure the consistency of the particlefrom the other operating mode to manual adjustment mode and automatic mode, to ensure theeffectiveness of the vegetation in the shallow water submarine repair planter; underwaterplanting bodies at any time will sow the seeds of cover and reduce seed loss, improve thesurvival rate.(5)By using ANSYS key components of stress analysis and optimization design, the useof fluid simulation software FLUENT the flow field simulation of shallow water thesubmarine vegetation restoration planter seed flow mixing device tee, a reasonable choice ofdiameter and angle and other parameters. The shallow seabed vegetation repair seeder seeding uniformity, uniformity test on theshallow seabed vegetation restoration planter ditching performance and coverage performancetest. The results show that: the four speed levels displacement consistency standard3.9%lessthan the national requirements, the most suitable speed of60r/min, the seed crushing rate d<0.5%; Seeding Uniformity coefficient of variation was18.5%less than45%of nationalrequirements, to meet the test requirements; trenching depth of the deepest5cm the mostshallow cm, an average depth of2.9cm, good coverage, the coverage reached more than95%,the technical performance parameters meet the technical index requirements.
