| With the improvement of China’s economic level,the level of agricultural mechanization has also been greatly improved,but there is still a huge gap with developed countries.China has a vast territory and has many kinds of arable land.There are many mountains and hills in the northeast of China.Northeast of China is the main farming area,which has fertile soil and high-yield food.The differences in the regional economy caused a low level of agricultural mechanization in the northeast of China.So we should design a kind of till-planter,which can adapt complex pavement,has many functions and is bought cheap.This paper summarizes the process status of till-planter at home and abroad.The design of micro track-type multifunctional till-planter was proposed according to the agronomic requirements,the design requirements and the characteristics of till-planter in the northeast of China.The movement form of soil was analyzed and the vehicle-track-soil interaction was studied.Traction resistance,the tension of each track and the driving force calculation formula were conducted.The whole structure of the micro track-type multifunctional till-planter was designed based on SolidWorks.The plow assembly,the fertilizer and seed splitter,opener,the track walking mechanism and the transmission system were designed.The static analysis of the frame and turret of the micro track-type multifunctional till-planter were studied based on ANSYS.It is verified that the stiffness and strength of the frame and turret meet the design requirements.The structural parameter optimization of the furrow opener used a method of simulation test.The soil-opener model was built based on EDEM.The width of the opener,the angle of entry and the angle of the slope were the test factors,the traction energy was the response.The optimal opener structure parameters were obtained.The micro track-type multifunctional till-planter was tested in the field.The design of the plow assembly,the fertilizer and seed splitter and the opener were reasonable according to test data. |
