Nowadays, the energy limited and environmental pollution let the energy vehicleindustry suffers a huge challenge. The electric car gives prominent advantages tonon-pollution, low-noise and low-power,so its foreground of having and developing is quiteamplitude. The performance of Motor and controller is a main reason that influences powerand economy system of electric vehicle, so researching a good performance of motor’scontroller for performance advantages and international competitiveness is important todevelop electric vehicle of our country.This dissertation studies the development of electric vehicle’s PMSM motor controllerand issues, for example control response, Torque performance and counter electromotiveforce and so on. Firstly, through read a large number of relevant information, analyze featuresand structures of PMSM, and introduce the coordinate convert of PMSM. Meanwhile, thecontrol scheme of the rotor flux field-oriented vector control with id=0is expoundedaccording to the mathematical model of PMSM. Finally, dual closed-loop speed controlsystem model was derived in detail on the basis of the motor model. The thesis set up thesimulation model about every modules of PMSM vector control system by Matlab/Simulink,including SVPWM and Motor’s simulation and so on. This thesis gets same result betweenthe simulation experiment and the basic theory,and makes sure the simulation modelcorrectness.Secondly, this dissertation uses the chip of TC1728N192as the main control unit thatproduce by Infineon. Not only introduce the circuit of the control board and the drive boardand software running, but also design the water system to reduce the board fever whenrunning. Meanwhile, the thesis designs the test software of configuring protocol flexible of testing experiment that included the front panel and the block diagram by LABVIEW.Finally, do lots of bench debugging and running test about controller and PMSM,simulate kind situation of loading, acceleration and constant current. Collect output results ofPMSM control system and analyze dynamic property, control efficiency and response.The new Motor controller has ability to improve the accuracy and the response that fitthe use standards of Motor controller of the electric bus completely.
