Because of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has a simple structure,small size,high power density,higher efficiency and power factor distinct advantages,currently in electric vehicle drive system to obtain a wide range of applications.Research scholars in this area has made a lot of results.Meanwhile,along with the development of power electronics and high-speed microcontroller,control theory and practical application of permanent magnet synchronous motors continue to improve and improve,permanent magnet synchronous motor control system will have a wider range of applications.Firstly,it introduces the history,research and development of future research directions in the country and abroad in this paper.it constructed a mathematical model based on the structure of the PMSM and have a deep understanding about the working principle of the PMSM in this process.The performance of the PMSM is analyzed based on the mathematical model.In this paper,the motor commutation principle is analyzed and deduced and the control system simulation model designed with MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.It observe the simulation results with oscilloscope of simulation software and test the validity of the PMSM control system.Secondly,Paper design the PMSM hardware circuit,select DSP as master controller and TMS32F2812 is the main chip.power inverter main circuit use IPM.The minimum system circuit,drive circuit,control circuit,and inverter circuit is designed based on DSP.Current,speed detection circuit,overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuit is designed.Two phase current and speed were tested using photoelectric encoder,paper completed the system control requirements.Finally,Software part based on the design method of the generated code directly,adds the data transmission channels,communication devices and failure protection program on the basis of simulation model,sets the register and motor control parameters.Real-Time Workshop tool enable MATLAB and DSP program can one-click download.and makes hardware and software debugging.The result of test shows that employing the method generated directly from the code to develop the motor control system can achieve a super speed regulation performance,save development time,and improve production efficiency.
