Based on studying the modeling and control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the development situation and research background of permanent magnet synchronous motor are introduced in this paper.The structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed in detail.According to the system structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the highly theoretical The mathematic model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is built,and the parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor are quantitatively processed by using coordinate system transformation law.In this paper,the common control mode of permanent magnet synchronous motor is summarized,and its advantages and disadvantages are compared.Then,the space vector control method(SVPWM)is selected according to different characteristics.According to the control mode,this paper carried out theoretical analysis and specific realization method,introduces the PMSM vector control characteristics,and the theoretical basis.On this basis,the space vector control was investigated in theory,through the introduction of the sector,the basis vectors and the action time concept turning any vector into based vector,by adding the inverter,turning the vector switch into the bridge switch off.Aiming at the space vector control,the concrete realization method is put forward,and the TI DSP chip is analyzed in detail,and the timing diagram is given.The simulation model of the PMSM and the space vector controller model are established by MATLAB/Simulink module.The optimal parameters of the space vector controller are found by theoretical analysis and computer simulation.The hardware and software part of the drive controller of the PMSM is designed,and the monitoring interface of the driver is designed by Visual Studio 2015 software.Finally,by putting the controller into the actual engineering application for testing,for simple adjustment of different applications,can get very good results;especially in the self-balancing unicycle,shuttle and other practical applications,verify the actual performance of the controller.
