Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has the advantages of high torque,high power density,high efficiency,etc.Permanent magnet motors are also preferred in the new fields of application of motors.However,the simulation of the PMSM control strategy at home and abroad mostly uses the d-q model of the motor.The motor parameters are constant and ignore the influence of the motor design parameters.In order to take into account the influence of the motor design parameters and observe the changes in the motor parameters,this paper studies the finite element model of the PMSM and uses the finite element co-simulation platform to realize the design of the motor control strategy.The main tasks are as follows:1.Studied the d-q mathematical model of PMSM was and analyzed the problem that the PMSM mathematical model could not consider the change of motor parameters.Studied the finite element model of the motor through two aspects of the magnetic circuit and the magnetic field of the motor.Analyzed the advantage of the finite element model of the motor considering the motor design parameters and displaying more transient parameters of the motor.2.Studied the PMSM inductance parameters,induced voltage,and motor losses.Analyzed the influencing factors of the above parameters and the influence on the PMSM control.Simulated the influencing factors of the parameters based on the finite element model of the motor.3.Studied the vector control strategy based on rotor orientation and combined the analysis of the finite element model parameters with the motor vector control strategy.Based on the influence of copper consumption and iron consumption on the motor control,a kind of copper consumption and iron was designed.The motor control strategy that consumes the power to achieve the compensation of the electromagnetic torque;based on the influence of the change of the inductance parameter on the motor control,a MTPA motor control strategy that takes into account the change of the inductance parameter is designed.Built the PMSM finite element co-simulation platform.Comparing the finite element joint simulation results of the motor with the simulation results of the d-q model of the motor,the results show that more motor parameters can be observed through the joint simulation model;the feasibility of the above two control strategies is verified based on the co-simulation platform,which indicates limited Metamodels have a guiding role in the study of control strategies.
