Along with the advance of science and technology and the rapid development of modernproduction, equipment as determine product production yield, quality and cost of the importantfactors, the role of more and more obvious. Especially for24hours of continuous productionenterprise, the equipment management is one of the important management of enterprisemanagement. The state of the equipment in good condition, can make the enterprise’s normalproduction order, high quality, high yield, low consumption, low cost, prevent all kinds ofaccidents, improve labor productivity, ensure safety in production.This article is based on the field management of A company, through the observation of thephenomenon of the scene and statistical analysis of equipment failure to find the fundamentalcause of equipment failure. By using the field management, TPM management theory to find amethod to reduce equipment failure. Such not only can ensure the good operation status, prolongthe service life of equipment at the same time. If the equipment failure to reduce the effect of theimplementation, not only improve the efficiency of the on-site production, maintenancepersonnel can also be saved to the scene at the same time repair time to monitor the equipmentand to improve, so that it can form a virtuous cycle of equipment state.
