Research On Improvement Of Equipment Management Scheme Forhudong Car Depot

Equipment management is the important foundation of promote the enterprise production and operation,the guarantee of realization of profit growth, and also the important content ofshift the economic growth mode.Hudong car depot which is belong toDaqin railway co., LTD.The car depot is responsible forthe direct production equipment and related auxiliary equipmentof railway truck maintenance, use and security that fall within the scope of the segment.And the direct production equipment and related auxiliary equipment which building byexternal enterprise does not belong to the segment, but the car depotcan use because the reason such as truck maintenance.Therefore, in this paper, combined with the author’s practical working in Hudong car depot,using the equipment management and relevant theory, optimizing the work systematically which aim at the defects of the daily equipment management.The topicof this articledeterminedbased on the theory to guide practice; the research has strong theoretical and practical significance.The research methods in accordance with the main line of "theoretical guidance-mining optimization improvement-empirically" Firstly,the relevant theories of equipment management were summarized.Secondly, this paper mainly analyzed the overall situation of the Hudong car depot, including the Equipment management mode, the structure of the equipment management responsibilities, the early stage of the equipment based management, equipment management and equipment maintenance management, etc.,, On the basis of equipment management has achieved certain, we found out the problems at present, and pointed out the necessity of remains to be perfect. Thirdly, in view of the equipment management problem inHudong car depot, we built equipment management mode based on TnPM whichfitting the development and application ofHudong car depot. And we proposed a series of optimization scheme, including the refine management responsibilities,improve the emergency management of equipment maintenance, theestablishment of equipment management appraisal index system, set up worker education management system, etc.Finally, carrying on "The special management of mechanical and electrical equipment management based on TnPM managing platform" inDatong dynamic monitoring workshop.Through analysisthe case ofimproved scheme toelectromechanical equipment management, shows the content of improved scheme and the results of implementation which can verify the validity of the improved scheme in Hudong car depot.
