Power generation enterprises play a very important role in ensuring the securi ty and stability of China’s electric energy,ensuring social and economic developm ent and achieving the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality".With the develo pment of emerging technology in China’s electric power industry,power generatio n equipment gradually presents the characteristics of scale,complexity and automa tion.The establishment of modern equipment maintenance management system ca n not only help power generation enterprises reduce operating costs,but also the b asis for power generation enterprises to actively fulfill their social and political res ponsibilities.In many equipment maintenance theories at home and abroad,Reliab ility-Centered Maintenance(RCM)and Total Productive Maintenance(TPM)are t wo theoretical methods which are widely used and relatively successful.Therefore,the equipment maintenance management system optimization based on RCM and TPM theory becomes the core point of this study.This thesis mainly uses literature research and case analysis method,guides b y the Reliability-Centered Maintenance RCM and Total Productive Maintenance T PM theory,selects the typical representative of the electric power industry enterpri ses LJ Gas Power Generation Co.,LTD as an example,combs the qualitative and q uantitative to LJ company and identifies existing problems of the company equipm ent maintenance management system.This thesis analyzes the causes of the proble ms and tries to put forward the optimization measures by using RCM and TPM.H owever,RCM and TPM can only solve parts of the problems in the equipment mai ntenance management system respectively,so this thesis combines the two theories organically.Firstly,the RCM theory is introduced to evaluate the equipment and o peration status of LJ Company,select corresponding maintenance strategies,and s ummarize the preventive maintenance outline.Then,according to TPM theory,opt imize the company’s system construction,organizational structure and personnel al location,establish a leading working group to provide guarantee for the implement ation of preventive maintenance program,and achieve the purpose of equipment m aintenance management system optimization.The condensed water system was sel ected as a pilot to compare the maintenance situation before and after the optimizat ion of the maintenance management system and analyze the optimization effect.After the study,the conclusions are as follows: 1.The existing equipment mai ntenance management system of LJ Company mainly has the following problems:the maintenance system is not perfect,the personnel allocation is not scientific,the maintenance strategy is not targeted,the maintenance mode is mechanized,the qu ality management is not standardized,etc.2.In view of existing problems,RCM a nd TPM theory are introduced for optimization.Based on RCM theory,grading an d scoring standards are formulated to grade the company’s equipment and equipme nt status,and targeted maintenance strategies are proposed and preventive mainten ance outline is prepared.Optimize the company’s optimization system and human r esources through TPM theory,and set up TPM activity leaders and working groups to ensure the implementation of the preventive program.3.Taking the condensed water system of LJ company as an example,the new maintenance management sys tem is adopted to optimize the organization and personnel allocation of the system in charge of maintenance work.According to different equipment and operating co nditions,the failure consequences are analyzed,the corresponding maintenance str ategies are selected,the preventive maintenance plan is established,and the optimi zation results are verified by comparing with the original maintenance state.This thesis tries to combine RCM and TPM theory organically,provides some reference ideas and optimization suggestions for power generation enterprises to e stablish scientific equipment maintenance management system,and provides some theoretical and practical reference for enterprise equipment maintenance manage ment.
