The Stamping Equipment Management Improvement And Application Of Lifan Company

Equipment is an important part of production resources of manufacturing enterprise, which can bring enterprise profits. Press is the first step to automobile manufacturing, in which 60%~70% mental parts of motor vehicle need to process. Automobile production assembly line puts forward higher requirement to stamping equipment’s reliability and operational readiness which products in a pipelined manner, thus it has become a consensus that stamping equipment need to manage initiatively and efficiently. The thesis studies stamping equipment management of LIFAN company, for current existing problems of management process, a set of new equipment management system based on Total Normalized Productive Maintenance(TnPM) theory is proposed, which can make stamping equipment’s management more standardized and procedures.First of all, research status at home and abroad of device management is analyzed, research work’s idea and framework are established, and the main study contents are cleared. Classical theories are illustrated, which include Logistics Engineering, Overall Equipment Engineering, Total Productive Maintenance(TPM) and Total Normalized Productive Maintenance(TnPM), and six pillars, SOON system and Fifth-order six-dimensional evaluation system are mainly studies that belongs to TnPM system.Then, work process and its important modes of stamping device management of LIFAN company are analyzed, which comprise using management, repairing and maintaining management, spare parts management. And the main problems in management process are analyzed in detail. Feasibility is discussed that TnPM theory is implemented in LIFAN stamping plant. For problems of maintenance management and security management, TnPM theory is applied, “6S” and “6H” activities are carried out, maintenance mode is reformed, traditional single “repair system” is transferred to SOON system, emergency prevention system is established to further strengthen safety management of stamping plant.Finally, according to the actual operating data of LIFAN stamping plant, we can draw a conclusion that equipment failure rate and casualties are greatly reduced after implements TnPM.
