First of all, Analysis and comparative the development of university counseling center in United States, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan of our country. Secondly, discussed the differences of environment required of the different methods of psychological counseling required environmental difference and the influence factors of University students psychological consulting center design. Once again, research on university students’ psychological counseling center in Chengdu. Try to come out the environmental present situation of University students’ psychological Counseling. Analysis the location, the functions, the size and the infrastructure of university students’ psychological counseling center. Found the problems and put forward the solutions. Finally, sum up the research and conclusion in the early.In a word, it can improve the environmental situation of the psychological counseling and provide a kind of good consulting environment by designing and researching the environment of University counseling center. It can help to provide for expansion of university students’ mental health and counseling work powerfully.
