Talent cultivation is the responsibility of universities.China's higher education has spanned from the elite education stage to the popular education stage.The proportion of teachers and students in colleges and universities has increased compared with before,and the demand and supply of education have been insufficient.Therefore,the development of college teachers and the teaching quality of colleges and universities are very important.While teachers are the main body of school teaching and teaching activities,the problem of teaching development of college teachers has become a key factor in improving the quality of higher education teaching.Foreign countries have a relatively long history in the development of teachers' teaching and development centers.In 1962,the first learning and teaching research center,the first institution to promote the development of teachers' teaching ability,was established at the University of Michigan in the United States.Its establishment was aimed at improving the teachers of the university.The teaching ability and teaching quality of higher education have had a profound influence.China started late in the development of college teachers' teaching development center,but with the support of related policies,the construction speed is faster and some achievements have been made.Through comparing and studying the overall situation of the development of the university teachers' teaching development center in our country,the questions and suggestions that emerged during the construction process were put forward.The paper is mainly composed of four parts:The introduction mainly introduces the background of the construction of the university teachers' teaching development center in China,and the purpose and significance of the research.The literature review is divided into the exploration and research on the construction of the teaching development center for foreign college teachers,and the academic discussion on the construction of the teaching development center for domestic college teachers.In part,the article finally introduced the research ideas and methods.The first chapter introduces the establishment and development of the college teachers' teaching development center.It mainly introduces the history of foreign and domestic teachers' teaching and development centers and their practical significance.Finally,it summarizes some of the design concepts for the development of university teachers' teaching and development centers in China.The second chapter introduces the overall situation of the development of the university teachers' teaching development center in China,mainly in three aspects:the overview of the development of the teaching development center for college teachers in our country;the construction of the college teachers' teaching development center Province;the construction of the teacher development center in Gan Su Agricultural University.The third chapter summarizes the overall approach to the development of the teaching development center for college teachers in China.It focuses on the following five aspects:construction goals,functional positioning,organizational structure,staffing,and job responsibilities.The situation is gradually narrowed down from three aspects,from the whole to individual cases.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward the thinking and suggestions for the construction of college teachers' teaching development center.It mainly expounds the problems existing in the construction process of college teachers' teaching development center in our country and the ideas and suggestions for the construction of college teachers' teaching development center in China.
