Design Of Female Psychological Counseling Center Based On Environmental Psychology

The fast-paced and competitive modern society has put tremendous pressure on people,leading to increasingly serious mental health problems,and studies have shown that women are more vulnerable to these problems than men.With the support of national policies and the decline in public mental health,the development of counseling agencies represents a shift in attitudes toward counseling.For newly developed counseling centers,small,standard spaces that cater to the public are no longer the only goal;the visitor’s experience of the interior space is equally important.For visitors to counseling centers,attention should be paid to the impact of the environment on them,and the characteristics of interior design combined with environmental psychology should be used to explore a suitable indoor environment that not only brings convenience in behavioral activities,but also creates spiritual satisfaction and improves counseling efficiency.The interior space design of women’s counseling centers is an important part of the development of women’s physical and mental health,and the creation of a humane spatial atmosphere is an important criterion for judging whether the design is people-oriented.This paper starts from caring for women’s psychology,based on the theory of environmental psychology,and combines the collection of relevant literature,case study,statistical analysis of real data in the form of questionnaires to analyze and summarize the relationship between women’s physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics and special needs and the design of the interior environment of the counseling center to derive design principles.Through the above investigation and research,the characteristics of environmental perception,the theory of adaptability level,and the emotional response caused by the environment of women’s counseling center are constructed,and the design strategies of spatial experience,spatial form,spatial flow,and spatial planning are derived from the four levels of sensory stimulation,psychological demand,environmental perception,and behavioral demand.Through the rational division of the environmental function partition in the counseling center,the use of color in the interior decorative environment,the choice of decorative materials and the study of the physical environment in the counseling center,the trauma and stimulation that women will be subjected to during the counseling process are avoided,and the interior scheme design of the women’s counseling center is carried out to maximize the satisfaction of women’s needs,reduce the pressure of counseling,alleviate the fear of counseling,and enhance The interior design of the women’s counseling center is designed to maximize women’s needs,reduce the stress of counseling,alleviate the fear of counseling,improve mental health and happiness,and improve the counseling efficiency of the counselor so that the counselor can provide more effective help to women.Reduce the psychological distance between the building environment and the users,enhance the mutual influence and communication between the space and the users,maximize the recovery time for women,and provide women with a comprehensive counseling environment that integrates recovery,learning,communication,and leisure services.Based on the female group,in response to the real problems faced in the interior design and implementation of the counseling center,this paper introduces the discipline of environmental psychology and constructs a design strategy for the female counseling center corresponding to the main spatial carriers,and selects Sesame Street in Zhengzhou City for design practice to elaborate the results of the application of the design strategy.
