There are many outstanding achievements obtained by geological researches inChina, after Reform and Opening-up, especially the improvements in geologyinclusion enclave. Mineral inclusion enclave detonation equipment is a kind ofequipment to research inclusion enclave. Heating mineral inclusion enclave to reachthe same temperature, with the raising of the temperature, the inside pressure goes upquickly, and the main mineral will burst if it passes the strength of the main mineral,with slight sound, which called decrepitation temperature of inclusion enclave.Detonation equipment is to check and record the temperatures and times of burstduring the process of heating. Mineral inclusion enclave made a great contribution tothe early research in geology in our country. The first mineral burst equipment in theworld is designed and assembled by Scott and Smith, who came from Canada, in1948.After that, scholars in our country invented burst equipments with our ownproprietary intellectual property rights. Among them series of DT is the most typicalone. While now these equipments in general have problems of aging hardwarecircuit and obsolete spare part, hard to find in markets nowadays, which broughtdifficulties to the normal equipment maintenance. Besides, those equipments didn’tcombine with computer, so they’re in low degree of automation, and couldn’t keepburst data, which needed more manual operation. What’s more, those equipmentscouldn’t analyze local magnitude-frequency of burst curve. So those equipment needsto be improved using the spare parts which is widely used now, increased thereliability of the hardware, designing the program interface with friendly operation,adding functions like keeping data, burst curve recurrence, local analysis to improvethe degree of automation, and reduce the workload of equipment users.This paper firstly analyzes the signal came from DT-5burst equipment, and designs the hardware circuit by Multisim, including voltage stabilizing circuit,pre-amplification circuit, main amplifying circuit, shaping circuit. And it makessimulation analysis on those circuits, then check their reliability. Connecting thesignals came from burst equipment with computer by Data Acquisition Card, andprogramming the visual operation interface through MFC. So users can watch theexplosion process, keep and multiscale burst data. At last, set up the experimentalplatform which can analyze the designed software to check the practicability andreliability of the software.The hardware circuit of improved burst equipment in this course will be moreaccurate and reliable, meanwhile all those spare parts are easily found in the market,which can help to maintenance. Besides, the visual interface reflects the degree ofautomation of burst equipment, which can reduce the workload of users effectively.
