The stable running of the grid provides the most basic guarantee for the development of scial and people’s life. In order to monitor and analyze the running state of the grid to avoid the power fail, it is needed to collect and analyze the data in real time. The more data collected, grid operation status can be reflected more truly, so as to timely detection of the potential risks, the rich collection of data is bound to increase the network throughput. The traditional network acquisition method can not collect all the port data efficiently and effectively, which is a challenge to the traditional network card.This thesis intends to propose an improved solution to resolve the problem of SMV(Sample Measure Value) message in high-speed and real-time transmission, which apply DSP receive network packets to ensure data transmission, take full advantage of the DMA transfer to improve real-time performance and take advantage of precise time synchronization to improve accuracy of receive packets.In this thesis, the author analyzes and summarizes the key technology of high-speed, real-time and high-precision network data acquisition card. According to the characteristics of data transmission in smart grid, designed and implemented the overall architecture and key functions of the system and briefly introduce the key technology and the testing process.The main contribution of the thesis is as follows:1. Designed the overall architecture. Analyze the key technology challenges faced by traditional network data acquisition method and propose the use of DSP technology to process Ethernet packet and to transimitt data via DMA.2. Designed and implemented the DSP program, including the network packet capture, network packet synchronization, and DMA transmission.3. Test the system and verify each function is fully fulfilled with the design requirements.This thesis intends to improve the proformance of transmission speed, real-time, time synchronization accuracy, which can provide the basic guarantee for the data monitoring in the smart grid, and meet the needs of the daily operation and management.
