With the continuous advancement of the intelligent construction of China’s power grid,the detection of power equipment has gradually changed from manual to software detection.However,the power equipment monitoring data and the status data contained therein have increased dramatically due to the increase in power demand in recent years.Therefore,it is urgent to use big data technology to analyze and optimize all the existing data so as to obtain useful information.Based on this idea,this paper designs a power equipment data analysis system based on big data,realizes the integration of big data and traditional power platforms and solves the current problems in power data analysis.Firstly,according to the method of software engineering,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the power equipment operation monitoring system from the aspects of requirement analysis,overall design and function module realization.After the research on the related technology,combined with the big data technology,The analysis scheme of power equipment operation data based on big data is designed.The design scheme includes data acquisition,heterogeneous data processing and conversion,data storage and access,model data management,platform management and other modules.In addition,the system also constructs the power equipment monitoring function.In order to improve the operation efficiency of power equipment,deep mining and analysis of power equipment operation data are carried out.The main purpose of this system is to regulate the management of power equipment and operation data of power equipment,to preserve the original data and general record data,and to reduce the loss and damage of the records.The operation data of power equipment can be operated efficiently and quickly,and the operation data of power equipment can be analyzed and centralized management can be realized.The system is based on J2 EE architecture,combining big data technology and clustering algorithm,using Hadoop platform development technology,using HDFS MapReduce and HBase components to process and collate the data.Finally,the substation equipment monitoring and transmission equipment monitoring are realized.Battery performance monitoring and other functions to achieve the application of big data technology in the power system.
