Nowadays, environmental pollution and energy crisis has caused global concern. There is a growing attention to efficient energy conversion and environmental friendly fuel cells. Unitized regenerative fuel cell functioned with water electrolysis (WE) mode and fuel cell (FC) mode is one of the main options in the future energy field. It is an energy storage and power supply system that works as fuel cells functions or water electrolysis functions in the same unit, with high energy density, long life and so on. So we develope and design the regenerative fuel cell control system based on PCI-8333, and make a detailed study.In present thesis, at first the research significance and the primary scope are introduced. Then related concepts, system components and principle of unitized regenerative fuel cell are carefully introduced. Data acquisition control unit, mode conversion unit and PWM output unit are integrated based on PCI-8333 to achieve the strategy of control system.We designed the above system using VB software, and realized communication between the above system and under-bit machine, which make it possible to measure the temperature, humidity, voltage and current of the regenerative fuel cell stack in real time. With its friendly interface board and strong real-time performance, the above system is easy to debug. Through interface design of VB and ACCESS, the detected data of the system can be stored in ACCESS database and it is convenient for users to check history parameter data.
