The principle of Industrial Computed Tomography (ICT) is just the same with that of Medical Computed Tomography (MCT) . They are all based on ray-detection. In industrial X-CT system, cupping artifact caused by beam hardening is often occurred, that is because it is different that the mechanism of X-ray's reaction on substance object since X-ray is multicolor. In this case, if having learned the X-ray's state before X-ray reacts on the object and the X-ray's state afterward, harding correcting can be done properly. X-ray energy detection is usually completed by energy detection instrument. What the following article completed is the interface segment for energy detection.After having sufficiently compared the data acquisition systems overseas and home, PCI bus is chosen as acquisition interface. Based on it, the article first describes the structure and feature of PCI bus, then details operation on PCI bus, configure space ,data transmission and so on. Related with the hardware on the PCI card, the author details the design idea on every parts, especially the part of CPLD which is difficult to design. For this part , design drawing and simulating wave are also provided. In acquisition system, another important part is the driver for it not only controls the hardware but also provides the software interface. After giving correspondent introduction and analysis on the driver, the article then introduces every function block in acquisition software which is completed based on Visual C++ 6.0. For this part, some of the user interface, flow chart and resource codes are also provided.In order to shorten the development period, the hardware in the article is completed based on PCI interface device PCI9030. And the software is completed based on VisualC/C++6.0 on the flatform of Win98/2000.At last, as for the problem that data acquisition rate is not ideal, the article gives the reasonable eXplanation, and brings forward the advise of adopting PCI9054 or LinuX embedded system.
